Great comfortable apartment, in an excellent location.

The apartment was ideal. In a great location, just opposite the railway station and a short walk to the Minster and York city centre. The apartment was very well equipped, all you really need to bring is your toothbrush!A thoughtful welcome pack was provided. A convenient dedicated car parking space was provided. A lovely home from home. Thank you!

The Best of Times, the Worst of Times

This is a difficult one to review because, on the positive side: (1) the operators were a pleasure to deal with and were very responsive to any concerns, (2) the apartment is very well placed, outside the loud bustle but still within a 10 minute walk of virtually anywhere you would want to visit. On the downside: (1) they had a shower that would not drain such that each shower would cause a lake in the bathroom and the space between the bedrooms, (2) the water that you could get out had trouble getting hot, and (3) it is a real maze to get into, with fobs, keys, lockboxes and codes. It felt like you were being put through a Mission Impossible assignment to get into the (lovely) apartment. Mixed review I suppose.

Perfect! Apartment clean, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The apartment was warm on arrival, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. There was a welcome pack awaiting us which was unexpected and delicious. We would be happy to live here! So close to the station and city but very quiet.

LOVED our short stay!

Amazingly convenient from the train station and through town. The little detour from the train station took us to the apartment doorstep within minutes where we dropped our bags and headed into town. The flat had all the amenities that we could want, plus a few nice treats to welcome us. I would LOVE it if every place we stay is like this.

I wish we had stayed longer. The apartment was very comfortable and well situated. It was clean and had everything we could need. I totally recommend staying here. Can’t wait to visit York again and staying here. Thanks!

Ideal York accommodation

If you want an accommodation in York close to the train station and the Minster, this is where you want to stay. The flat was modern and comfortable, essentially across the street from the train station albeit within the city walls. My mom and I stayed here and were able to walk to the Sainsbury's market adjacent to the train station lobby on our first night to buy food for a simple dinner to cook in the flat's kitchen. It was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern with a walk-in shower that was much more accessible than the tub/showers in my UK trip's other accommodations. During our one day in York, the proximity of the flat to the sites ensured that my mom and I could explore York extensively. I can't recommend this flat highly enough. One note: If you or your traveling companions have mobility issues, there are steep stairs between the living area and the bedrooms of the flat. While there is an elevator outside the flat that will get you from the ground floor to the first floor (i.e., the first floor to the second floor if you're an American), you will have to exit the flat to use it to move between the floors.

Awesome apartment - Neat and Clean

Beautiful apartment. Very tastefully furnished and great kitchen essentials. The goodie basket was a nice surprise. Apartment complex is quiet and very friendly. Highly recommended.
