PROPERTY RULES

Parties or events prohibited

Groups with ages under 40 years are not admitted.

Pets prohibited on the property

Respect quiet hours from 20:00 to 08:00

Prohibited exceeding the permitted occupancy limit: up to 8 guests (children included)

It is not permitted to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without right to refund



SECURITY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€1500) via secure method, refundable within 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreign and Border Service) It is mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager.

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests from 16 years of age.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab certified cleaning products.

Bed and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid box, fire blanket, safe.



CHECK IN: Every day from 17:00 to 19:00

The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time.

If you arrive before 17:00, you can leave your luggage at our office.
