CADELL PETIT. Charming house a short drive away from Pollensa

Situated in a pine wooded area and surrounded by a Mediterranean woodland, this Mallorquin style house on one floor is perfect for six people. The house is the sister of one of our favourites, Cadell Gran. This smaller version is located only 300 m from the bigger house and would be perfect if you are looking to accommodate a total of 18 people.

This smaller house is totally unobtrusive from the bigger house and has its own entrance different from Cadell Gran.

All the accommodation is on one floor with three bedrooms (two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom), two bathrooms, ample lounge / dining area with access onto the covered porch and a superb large fully fitted kitchen wooden kitchen, adjacent to the lounge with an extra dining table.

The house is situated very near the road to Pollensa at only 15 minutes’ drive to the old town and 25 minutes by car to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

The large pool is situated at the back of the house with a well-kept garden around the property.

The brick-built BBQ is located under the covered porch. There is a table tennis.

A car is essential when booking this property.
