ALQUILERES DE SÁBADO A SÁBADO EN JUNY, JULIO, AGOSTO Y SEPTEMBRE.

Casa construida en 1999 y reformada en 2012 para 6 personas con amplias terrazas y piscina privada (mide 9 x 4,30 - 1 mts de profundidad -1. 5 mts de profundidad - 2. 00 mts de profundidad). Agua dulce. Lugar muy tranquilo. Ideal para familias con niños o personas que buscan la paz. A solo 4 km de Puerto Pollença, a 5 km de cala san Vicente ya 3 km de la ciudad de Pollença. Hay algunos lugares para visitar. En el norte hay una bonita ciudad con playas de arena blanca para visitar y nadar. En pollença hay un campo de golf a 4 km y otro a 12 km. Si prefieres los deportes náuticos, en puerto pollença hay una escuela de vela y barcos y vela para alquilar. También hay excursiones explorando las hermosas playas y calas de la zona. Estos recorridos son recomendados. Si quieres bucear, hay pocos centros de buceo.
Tanto en la ciudad de pollença, puerto pollensa o cala san vicente, hay muy buenos restaurantes para comer, pescado fresco de la bahía o carne a la parrilla. Los propietarios están encantados de recomendar algunos si lo desean. Los propietarios hablan inglés (un poco).

Lovely rustic property in a quiet area but close to towns and supermarkets. It could do with a bit of a spruce up arguably but it did the job really well for us. The only thing I felt was missing was the option to heat the pool - I'm sure it's lovely and warm all summer but towards the end of October it was very cold (unsurprisingly)!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in Ca Na Polida. Die Finca ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende geeignet. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Poolliegen sehr bequem. Die Abende haben wir auf der Terrasse genossen. Der Tisch eignet sich nur zum Kartenspielen nicht ganz so gut. Joan, der Gastgeber, ist stets erreichbar und kümmert sich bei Problemen (wie evtl. defekte Kaffeemaschine). Kleine Punkte Abzug müssen geben, da die Duschbrausen, der Wasserkocher und auch das Bügeleisen sehr verkalkt waren. Das Licht im Kühlschrank war defekt und beim duschen wechselt das Wasser von heiß auf kalt. Wir konnten erst 15 Uhr einchecken. Super funktioniert haben die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit.

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern, der Pool und der Aussenbereich sind sehr schön. Wir würden wieder kommen, aber es alles auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein Update gebrauchen zB die Fliegengitter sind kaputt. Die Kommunikation mit Joan war einfach und er hat immer schnell reagiert, als wir merkten dass die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ist kam er direkt mit einer neuen vorbei.

Ruhiges Idyll für entspannte Urlaubstage

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Pool ist gigantisch und lädt zum Dauerbaden ein. Jede Menge Poolspielzeug liegt schon bereit. Sonnenliegen sind mit dicken Auflagen versehen. Genügend schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten im schön gestalteten Außenbereich sind vorhanden. Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen liegen bereit. Kommunikation mit Joan war unkompliziert, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Ein früherer Check-in war ohne Probleme möglich.Kleine Abstriche beim Mobiliar - Bequemlichkeit der Matratzen nicht 100%ig zufriedenstellend und Wasserdruck / Duschköpfe der Duschen nicht wirklich geeignet, um sich vernünftig auch längere Haare waschen zu können. Für Kinder / kleinere Menschen ist es unangenehm, wenn der Brausekopf jenseits der 2 m hängt und nicht verstellt werden kann.Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub zwischen Bergen, Ziegen und blauem Himmel. Wir würden wiederkommen! DANKE JOAN!

Sehr schöne gelegenes Objekt zwischen Pollenca und Port de Pollenca. Traumhafter Garten mit einem tollen Pool. Super auch die Tischtennisplatte! Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter war unkompliziert.

Fantastic villa with great host

The villa itself is fine, but the outdoors space is absolutely fantastic. A few mins drive from local supermarkets, Pollença and port de Pollença but in a very peaceful rural location. Really well maintained and Joan the owner is very communicative and helpful.

Peaceful stay in a great location

The villa is lovely with a nice pool, the perfect temperature. There were plenty of shady areas to relax by the pool under the fruit trees. The location is great - so beautiful and quiet but it is also easy to visit pollensa and port de pollensa (with a car). The beds were comfy and air conditioning in the bedrooms was effective. The fridge wasn't cold when we arrived but Joan advised us that he turns it off between stays and by the following day it was ok (it's a good idea to buy ice cubes for the first day). The showers weren't particularly powerful but they were ok, the outdoor shower was the best. The outside seating area and BBQ was really nice just bring mosquito repellent! On our last day the pool cleaners came early so we left before the check out time of 10 as we couldn't use the pool. The key safe was stuck when we checked out and we reported that to Joan. Joan was really helpful answering all our questions before and during the stay quickly.

Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen einen sehr relaxten Aufenthalt in Joan's Finca. Die Kommunikation mit Joan sowie Check-in und Check-out per Codeschloss waren sehr unkompliziert. Der Pool war ein absoluter Traum. Wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen. Berge, Meer, Einkauf und Restaurants innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank Joan.

Lovely villa & location

Lovely villa, in a quiet location around 5 min drive from Puerto Pollensa. Villa had everything you need & pool was lovely & clean. Communication with the host was excellent and a couple of minor issues resolved quickly.

A different story

When we rent a house and we have done this for many years now, we always look at the reviews. On VRBO, it is very beneficial that you can only give a review together with the owner, which usually takes care of any subjectivity. With that in mind, we were glad and confident that this house would meet our high expectations. However, we did not find our impressions aligned with the overwhelmingly positive reviews on the site. We do not want to go into details by writing a negative review, and instead of that we shared our disappointing impression with the owner himself. He was open to this, and with some issues we agreed to disagree. That is where we want to leave this.

Great vacation

The property is exactly like in the pictures. The outside set up is amazing for a family. Moreover, the location is great since it gives you a great access to Pollenca, the Cala and the many beaches. We had a great stay

Quiet place with all you need

Quiet and still close to the next city, beach and supermarket. Everything can be reached by car within 5 to 15 minutes. My family (child, parents and grandparents) enjoyed the wonderfull stay. The house does have enough space for parking and to always find a place in the shadow or sun. It even has a outdoor kitchen for grilling and a table tennis. The kitchen does have all the necessary utilities and there even is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The pool was has been cleaned at least twice during our one week stay. The landlord actively send us all the details for our stay before the trip.

Wonderful stay at Ca Na Polida

My family had an excellent stay at Ca Na Polida. We were a party of 6 with my in laws, my wife and I and our two kids (4 & 2 years old). The pool and grounds were brilliant for the kids and the shaded areas meant we could spend most of our days outside comfortably. We used the BBQ most nights and loved the setting. Joan was a brilliant host who communicated with us very clearly and easily. He even had the pool re-cleaned for us after some rain which carried Saharan sand and made the pool a bit sandy. Location is excellent, but a car is definitely required. 5 minute drive to Pollença old town or 5 minutes in the opposite direction to Port de Pollença. I would also highly recommend Cala Sant Vicenç as it has possibly the best beach to which I’ve ever been. Kitchen was well equipped and certainly has everything we needed - the large fridge came in handy. Air con in the bedrooms worked well and kept us cool through the night, but overall the property managed the temperature well. Like all parts of Mallorca, do bring some bug spray as there will be mosquitos in the evening. All in all a wonderful stay and we hope to return.

Perfect for our adult family holiday. Peaceful setting and great for walking and cycling, with watersports nearby too - as well as the pool!

I'm born in 1964 and i have a young daughter than born in 2006 . We have 2 more villas for rent. Ca'n bou petit, REF: 459081 ( for10 persons and 2 more persons opcional ) El reconet de n'Aina, REF: 448266 for 6 persons. All villas very good situated and quiets.
We rent this villas for more than 25 years ( can bou petit ) and more 15 years ( El reconet de n'Aina ), and we never have any trouble with my customers.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The villa is neally new, ( I lived there my past 15 years ) is very quiet and is very close to all sites.
We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.
Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others. Is situated in a private way.
