Magnificent Sunset

A beautiful house 75m2 located at the center of Loutraki, one of the major ports of the Island, right next to the sea.
You can enjoy the magnificent sunset in the spacious balcony or you can take your brekfast and enjoy the cool sea breeze in the morning, have a walk at the seaside below the house or tour the beautiful beaches of Skopelos.
At a distance of 100 meters you can find a taxi stop, bus station and some of the best seafood taverns right by the sea.
Private parking is available.

Amazing days in Loutraki

We had the most amazing stay in Loutraki thanks to the beautiful apartment , everything was perfect from the begenning until the end . The apartment is extremely well furnished , from Kitchen appliances to a first aid box !! The view is stunning, The Loutraki village is great , everything you need by walk and you can go quickly to the nicest beaches either by car or by bus. Thanks to Giorgios and his parents for their warm welcome.

Wonderful stay at Nina’s House

The house is very pleasant, very well equiped, ideally located in Loutraki, with a terrace overlooking the beach and te sea. We had a very warm Welcome from Georgios, he gave us all useful informations and was very helpful. Loutraki is a very peaceful place with all commodities (bakery, supermarket, taverns, café) and 30 minutes walk to Glossa traditionnel village on the top the hill. Buses go to the beaches and Skopelos port in 1 hour. We really appreciate our stay, thanks a lot!

Fantastic Accommodation

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Nina and George were great hosts and very accommodating.The house is extremely well furnished and equipped with almost everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Two spacious bedrooms, great bathroom and a living area with TV and wifi. The kitchen has a large fridge, a modern hob and oven, toaster, kettle, plates and all sorts of utensils. It was also spotless. Outside there is a large terrace with a table, chairs and swing chair. It has a great view over the port and beach allowing you to see the sunset over nearby Skiathos. The location is very close to Loutraki port, less than a five minute walk. If, like us, you have never been to Skopelos before, you may not realise that the ferry for “Glossa” actually arrives in Loutraki. Glossa is situated on a steep hill above the port. A short walk from the house is a supermarket which, although small, sells almost anything! Opposite the supermarket you will find a bakery and a great restaurant that does takeaway Gyros. Also close to the house you will find a number of snack bars and a great fish restaurant. The bus stop is a short walk from the house and the bus will take you to Skopelos Town. It takes an hour and goes past all of the main beaches. However, the service, although it runs to schedule, is very infrequent, only four times a day. When we arrived, it was at the start of one of the worst ever storms in Greece, which lasted for four days but the house provided us with a safe haven

Bien situé pour découvrir le nord de SKOPELOS, L'appartement est parfait et très bien équipé. nous avons été très bien accueilli par le Propriétaire. Loutraki est une station balnéaire populaire occupée essentiellement par des grecs et leur famille ce qui fait son charme. Nous avons bien apprécie sa plage et celle de Perivoli. Très belles visite des monastères et chapelles du coin et la ville de GLOSSA mérite le détour.

I propietari sono persone molto gentili , ci sono perfino venuti incontro al porto quando siamo arrivati. La casa è accogliente , dotata di tutti i confort ,e molto pulita .

Nina und ihre Familie waren die beste Erfahrung auf der Scopelos Insel. Danke für eure Wärme!!! Die Insel selber - fantastisch.Wunderbare Menschen, wunderbare Strände, wunderbares Essen!!! Für alle Orthodoxen ein muss. Unzählige alte und neue Kirchen und Klöster. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder... so bald wie möglich!!!

Amazing location, wonderful host on Skopelos!

What an amazing location and such a beautiful apartment with incredible views! Recently remodeled, very clean and superb hosts--Nina and George immediately made us feel at home. A minute from the beach and multiple great restaurants in this quaint seaside village. Loutraki isnt jammed with tourists so you get to know the locals who are all so friendly. Great restaurants and great swimming made this our favorite part of the island, though you can be at the Mama Mia church or a bunch of other beaches in just a few miles drive. Highly recommend this VRBO in Loutraki!

Direkt im Ort mit herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und den Inselrücken besticht dieses Kleinod. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet für unbeschwerte Tage auf der Insel. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar und man befindet sich sofort unter den Einwohnern. Als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge auf der Insel oder Inselhopping ideal. Wer einen erholsamen und unbeschwerten Ort sucht, wird hier fündig. Besser gehts nicht.
