Villa Sofia is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi-detached villa with a private heated pool and roof terrace.
he villa is located in a quiet cull de sac in the Costa Papagayo area of ​​Playa Blanca.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and a
en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath, basin and toilet. The patio doors open onto the pool area.
The second bedroom has two single beds with also built-in wardrobes.
The family bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen has everything you need. I.e. dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and plenty of cutlery etc.

The living room has a courtyard, 2 sofas, table with chairs, TV, radio and DVD player.

Through the patio doors you walk out onto the terrace with table and chairs, BBQ, pool area with private heated pool and outdoor shower, sunbeds and garden. The garden is surrounded by a wall for ultimate privacy.

There is also a roof terrace and you can park your car in front of the villa in the street or in the closed parking lot next to the villa.

The villa offers free WiFi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sofia. We rented a car, which for us was super. We are older and enjoyed going to a nearby gym and walking along the coast each morning. Weather was wonderful so we enjoyed hanging out by the pool in the afternoon. The Villa was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Internet was also excellent. Thank you all.

The kitchen was equipped with more than enough dishes, pots and pans, cutlery etc. Great to have been left dishwasher tables. The bedrooms were a great size, plenty of coat hangers. Great shower size. Outside layout, dining etc was very spacious. Lovely views of the mountains. We have a brilliant time, enjoyed the villa.

Had a fantastic relaxing two week stay at Villa Sofia. The town centre was only a 25 min walk away which was ideal although we did hire a car as we wanted to be able to go further afield. Everything was as described in the listing & we would highly recommend the villa to anyone.

Great villa for a family holiday

Loved staying here. Fantastic outside space with lots of seating in different areas. Villa really spacious and well laid out throughout and in a very quiet area but still walking distance to town. Suzanne a fantastic host as always.

Great & well appointed villa, very clean and comfortable. Pool and garden area were lovely with great views of the mountain. It is very well furnished with all you need to make for a relaxing and comfortable stay.The manager was excellent and responded quickly to all our queries. Lovely quiet area and easy to walk and drive to I to Playa Blanca.Would definitely stay again and recommend this villa.

A very smart property with lovely private garden area. About 30 - 40 mins walk to restaurants was easily doable. We booked on vrbo again and the communication was excellent. Love the marina rubicon area.

Wonderful villa, kitchen is full of appliances, cafetiere, espresso pot, pots and pans. Very easy to cook. Pool was amazing, loungers comfortable and pool towels provided. 30min walk to promenade and only 4 in taxi. No issues at all and amazing service from Suzanne. from from

Beautiful Villa

We were really impressed with villa, quality and comfortable furniture including beds. Our only grumble were the sun beds, they are old and very uncomfortable, they require replacing! Otherwise everything was great. We choose not to hire a car, therefore we walked to the beach and town which only took 20/30 minutes and taxi back which was about 5 Euros.

Shorter trip than planned!

Booked late deal but caught up in the Nats nightmare so had a shorter trip than expected. Suzanne the manager was amazing throughout and helped make it as easy as possible In tricky situation. She left some milk, juice, wine etc which was so kind. Really welcoming and great villa. Would return.
