Located between sea and mountain you will find a real haven of peace, air-conditioned and consisting of a bedroom, private bathroom, a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. All our homes are furnished, fully equipped, functional and have been decorated with great charm to best satisfy your stay in our company.

The Residence Villa BRANDA is ideally located, about 10 minutes from the airport and less than 2 kilometers from the bay of Calvi, it gives quick access to the most beautiful beaches of the region. As well as to the shops of the city center and the emblematic historical sites of Balagne which are around. Discover the Citadel of Calvi, a perched fortress that offers a breathtaking view of the city!

The Residence is composed of a villa and 11 apartments.

- The villa includes 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living room, an independent equipped kitchen, a garden and a private swimming pool. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Ideal for a vacation with family or friends!
- The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a private bathroom with toilet and shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A sofa bed allows you to accommodate a maximum of 4 people for the T2 and 5 people for the T3. An intimate setting perfect for couples or small groups!
Guests of the apartments have access to the outdoor pool.
- 3 fully equipped studios.

*NOTES*
-Bachelorette parties and other such parties are not allowed.
-Pets are allowed in the residence for a supplement of 6€ to 15€/night/pet. (Not allowed in the pool area).
Please inform us before your arrival, if you come with your pet.
-Cleaning at the end of your stay is offered (within the limits of reasonable use). However, the dishes and the cleaning of the kitchen area remain at your charge as well as the garbage which will have to be deposited in the containers.
-For long stays, a cleaning in the middle of the stay can be proposed to you as well as the change of the household linen. (In supplement)
