Upon entering the villa, you will be captivated by the ground floor's seamless fusion of an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils, ensures a culinary experience beyond compare. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living area beckons with its sumptuous seating and a television, while sliding doors seamlessly connect to the private pool and marble sunbathing terrace.

Lower Ground Floor
Descend to the lower ground floor, where a spacious double en-suite bedroom awaits, complete with sliding doors that open onto a tranquil garden patio. For your convenience, a well-appointed utility room with fitted cupboards, a washing machine, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board as well as an extra bathroom is also at your disposal.

First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, you will discover two additional enchanting bedrooms. At the front of the villa, a second double en-suite bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the azure sea. Outside The Villa- Pool area
Stepping outside the villa, you will be greeted by a captivating pool terrace facing the sea, featuring a private infinity pool as its centrepiece. Surrounding the pool, you can find a comfortable hammock, bed, sun loungers and an 8-seater dining area that prepares you to indulge in unrivalled luxury.
