Fabulous stay!

The property was fabulous and brilliantly located. We were looked after really well and any questions answered immediately. We were delighted by it all.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kevic and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The villa was exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with great air conditioning in the bedrooms.The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the old town, and right at the end of a beautiful little street filled with lovely restaurants and cafés, many with shaded seating. There’s also a supermarket just a few minutes away.The pool was a great size and our family of five had a great time using it. We particularly loved eating outside at the dining table on the terrace, and there is another one on the roof terrace with amazing views across Kalkan - perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing outside. There were also games and books in the cupboard, which was a really nice touch.Kalkan itself is beautiful and we loved being so close to everything while still having the villa as a comfortable place to retreat to.Kemal was a fantastic host — friendly, helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. He was particularly helpful arranging transfers and making sure everything went smoothly.We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

Fantastic home. In a great location. And management had great communication. We loved our stay here. The only things 1) bar next door gets loud. 2) the patio drainage is not effective. If you use the pool the patio will be flooded. They do give you a squeegee to help, but it's an endless battle. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities you need. The showers and bathrooms are great. We had a great stay.
