Location is perfect. Next to the transit hub for all transportation. Many shops within couple block radius. Diverse & delicious restaurants to choose from. Everyone was polite & helpful on property. Flat was nice, tidy & clean with everything needed for our 13 night stay so a perfect home base. We were on the 8th floor-there are 2 lifts, only 1 goes to 8th floor & it was out of service the entire trip. We would take the lift to 7th, then climb 2 sets of stairs to get to 8th. That should’ve been communicated to us prior to arrival for people with ambulation limitations.Things to accommodate for in your stay: 1. No air conditioning (a fan only) 2. Says sleeps 3. That is more realistic if you’re traveling with a small child. If 3 people, you would need a cot & the only space for it is in living room area. You will have to pay extra for that. You will be charged extra for a parking space even if you don’t use it so that is something to review with management at booking/payment. We actually decided to rent a car after that. Electric vehicles are quite popular so if you have to charge the vehicle there isn’t any way to charge your EV in the garage. There are outlets but they do not work for the guests, only the residents & say “out of service” on them. Luckily we had a hybrid but if all electric - you will have to find a charging station-plenty of those however in the surrounding areas.Definitely would recommend this property & rent it again for further trips in the area.
