Nestled in the tranquil and highly sought-after Vale of Health in Hampstead, this beautifully styled ground floor flat offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by greenery while remaining within easy reach of central London. Blending modern minimalism with warm Scandinavian-inspired design, the home provides a calm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both short breaks and longer stays.
The flat comfortably accommodates two guests and features one bedroom with a king sized bed, along with a modern bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and w c. There is also an additional separate w c located off the hallway. Positioned on the ground floor, the property offers easy access and a seamless connection to its outdoor space, enhancing both privacy and comfort.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is thoughtfully designed with clean lines, soft neutral tones and natural wood finishes. A comfortable sofa in the living area can provide additional sleeping space for a young child without compromising on style. A dedicated dining area creates the perfect setting for relaxed meals or working remotely, while the sleek contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an integrated oven, hob and a Nespresso machine for effortless mornings. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
