Great stay in Deal

We had a lovely stay in this bright clean and comfortable home. It is very well equipped and very convenient for station shops and town cafes and restaurants. The area has plenty to see and do, including Canterbury about half an hour away. Highly recommended.

Great location

Modern, clean & well equipped family house with patio doors on to sheltered garden. Central for all aspects of Deal, stroll to seafront via High Street, rail station & Sainsbury minutes away.

Lovely week in Deal

A great place to stay - quiet despite its proximity to the railway and just a short stroll to the high street & the seafront. Very spacious & very clean. Everything you could want on a self catering stay. A smart TV with Sky channels which was perfect for autumn evenings (after of course we had visited some of the excellent local drinking holes). We loved Deal & the surrounding area and will be back and will certainly look to stay on this property next time.

Beautiful new build, a short walk to the town and beach.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the house in Deal. Its a very spacious modern but homely house. Its tastefully decorated and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. The house was very well positioned for our day trips out around the area. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Nice holiday

We enjoyed our stay in Deal. Beautiful house and nice place to stay. Everything was within walking distance. Only the buildingsite opposite the house did slightly lessend the experience. And the railway was very close, but not too noisy.

A perfect place to stay in Deal

We had a wonderful mini break staying at this very cosy and comfortable house. Location is great to visit the Kent coast and a few minutes walk from shops and the beach. Safe parking for two cars was a real bonus. House is very luxurious, clean, well equipped and even has a garden. Thank you.

Lovely stay in Deal

Just returned from a short break in Deal with the family. New house with every need catered for. Walking distance to high street, restaurants and the beach. Added bonus of off street parking. Good communication with the owner. Had two good meals one at Bangkok Pavilion and one at 81 Beach Street. Enjoyed a trip to Sandwich.

Modern house in Deal

Nice 3 bed property with good open plan layout downstairs, nicely appointed. Small garden but South facing and sheltered. Supermarkets, a 6 - 8 minute walk. Beach 10 min walk. Easy walking, mostly flat.

Wonderful place to stay

My friend and I spend 5 nights at this beautiful new house in Deal. We were both very pleased with it. The house is new, it was spotless when we arrived, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, there's a nice back yard, and this is one of the most well-equipped rentals I've ever used. It was first class all the way. I highly recommend it.

Deal New Build

This house was perfect for our 5-day stay in Deal. It was spotlessly clean, with lots of little touches to make it feel homely, and basics (oil, salt&pepper, etc) in the kitchen so that cooking was easy. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with a safe garden for our energetic grandsons. The location is ideal - parking for two cars, but just a few minutes walk from the High Street and beach front (where parking can be tricky). The area is quiet, with the convenience of supermarkets (2), pubs and restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. Deal is a little gem of a seaside town, we had a fantastic few days, and will be back!

Immer wieder gern - would definitely come again

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern in Deal. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr schön dekoriert und eingerichtet. Im Haus war alles was man brauchte. Die Lage ist super. Man ist in nur 3-5 Minuten schon im inneren mit allen Geschäften. We visited Deal with four kids. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and everything you would need. It’s very central and it’s only a 3-5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s and into town. We would definitely love to stay again.

Great new, clean property in fantastic location

This is a new build home in a great spot for exploring Deal and the surrounding coast. Just 10 minutes easy walk to the seafront via the town centre, with its great shops and Saturday market. Great facilities and comfortable home with all you need for a stay. Do be aware there is a railway level crossing very close by and some construction still going on (building homes like this one). The double glazing is great and you won’t notice the noise of the crossing alarm or trains in winter, but will in summer when you have windows open. But, that said, two of the three bedrooms are at the rear of the house so aren’t as impacted. Would stay again.
