A great place to stay in Aviemore!
We stayed in burnside pines for our group ski trip, the facilities and location were great! We were able to contact the owner easily when needed. Really good value for money, will definitely come back!

Perfect family break
My two daughters, granddaughters and I all found the house very comfortable and well equipped with everything we could have wanted - especially the wonderfully comfy beds and bed linen.
We would certainly stay here again.
Larger bath towels would be nice.

Perfect house, perfect location would book again without hesitation,
Beautiful home, certainly felt like a home from home, had everything you could need, extremely central, within easy walking to town centre. Would highly recommend, we have been travelling to Aviemore every year for more than 10 years now and have to say this was the nicest rental we have stayed in.
Could not find any faults at all.

Fantastic family holiday
The house was lovely and clean. I loved all the extras that the house included like games for the kids and cosy blankets, made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you for the wine and chocolates. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely house in a very good location!
House was exactly what we were looking for! Great space, comfortable and had all the things that we as a group of outdoor people were looking for (the shoe drying rack on the wall was a bonus!)
Very good location that was close enough to Aviemore Town centre but yet far enough away that it was really quiet during the evening.

Fully equipped with everything needed especially in kitchen definite home from home lots of games and books. Wine and tunnocks biscuits nice touch. Lovely house in Good location
Decking needs cleaning as very slippy and outside table chairs could do with spruce up

Lovely New Year stay
Clean, spacious and well presented accommodation for 2 families over the NY week. Great storage facilities for all our outdoor kit (bikes, sledges, snowsports and hiking kit). Lots to do on doorstep and within short car journeys. Ran out of time to use sauna. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property in Aviemore
We loved everything about this property. It was a home from home. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking, the house was so comfortable and there was lots of space for us all to sit together or have a bit of peace apart! The beds were so comfortable that after a day of activities you couldn't help but get a good nights . We would definitely love to stay at this property again. Also loved the care given to provide for the dog and all the cleaning and washing products for the household and the humans.
Honestly it was just perfect.

Aviemore getaway
Great location with a lovely view. Really like the setup / configuration downstairs with kitchen, sitting area and utility room. Bed was comfortable and generally we had a good experience at Burnside pines and will return if available in the future. Nice touch with the complimentary wine / tunnocks snowballs.
I had to move the bedside (main upstairs) cabinet to access the plug for charging, when I did there was a ‘large’ accumulation of hair / fur / dust in a ball (may still be there), maybe one for your cleaners.

Family of 4 adults , a 3yr old and a 4 month baby.
Our 4 night stay was lovely , Burnside Pines was so well equiped that we cooked and " chilled" in the house. Enjoyed the lovely bottle of wine that was in our Welcome pack and yummy Tunnock biscuits.
Walks around the house area where our dog enjoyed his early morning meanders.

Everything high quality, everything we needed with close attention to detail. Warm and comfortable, comfy bed, nice bathrooms, good parking. Would definitely return.
Curtains in lounge didn’t seem to fully close. Not a big problem.

Beautiful Accommodation
Beautiful house, attention to detail was great. Had everything we could possibly need. Loved the utility space for coats/boots etc and the dog! Garage perfect for bikes/paddle boards. Plenty of room for everyone.
If I had to pick a tiny negative then it would be the garden space. It wouldn’t affect my decision to book again because the house was so good. Wasn’t great for the dog but it’s Aviemore so there are loads of places to walk him!

So using my extensive knowledge of the local market, I have created igloo with Nick. I understand fully the needs of owners and guests, having worked in the industry for a considerable length of time in management roles within rentals, sales and lodge services.
What I love best about the job is the customer satisfaction. Ensuring that everything is as it should be when my guests arrive and that they are kept well informed before, during and after their stay. I love it when people call and you really get a chance to get to know them. I have been brought up in Aviemore, as were many generations of my family before me. So I bring a deep rooted sense of love and responsibility to the area that I live in. I have had two passions for as long as I can remember - Travelling and The Highlands.
Growing up here in the Highlands, I have always been passionate about its history, places, people and our world class food & drink. I am particularly fond of our local craft beers!
I love to travel and I've always enjoyed getting off beaten track and experiencing things like a local. There is no better way to do this than self-catering.
Nick Starting igloo with Erin not only allows me to combine these two passions but brings together my design, marketing and management skills built from a varied career across the public and private sector.
