The Villa Royal Mill is a spectacular residence, ideal for very large groups or multiple families who want to spend holidays together and desire space and a comfortable environment in a privileged location near Albufeira.
With capacity for 37 + 13 guests, this very spacious property with 13 bedrooms offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay, both indoors and outdoors, including a large heated pool, XL jacuzzi, 13 bathrooms and much more. An outdoor game area is available to enjoy with family and friends during long summer days, and there are several terraces from which you can appreciate the stunning Algarve sunset. Off-road parking is also available for multiple cars.
Located in a residential area near Albufeira, with stunning views and just minutes from the best golden sand beaches, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to a high-quality standard, will ensure relaxing holidays in the sun, leaving you with fantastic memories and a desire to return.
No car rental is necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
Prices are for up to 37 people.
From the 38th to the 50th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an additional bed or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €28 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
