Property in the Algarve located in Albufeira, right in front of Coelha beach. It has a large private garden with a swimming pool and a 350 m² house with air conditioning, tastefully decorated and comfortable.
Coelha beach has excellent support services with a restaurant and café, and is just a 5-minute walk from the property with easy access via a path through the pine forest.
The entire property is surrounded by a large walled garden, ensuring total privacy and security.
In the private garden, you will find a swimming pool (which can be heated to 28°C outside the summer season for an additional cost of €500), a ping-pong table, a billiards table, a barbecue, and private parking for several vehicles.
In summer, the pool water temperature exceeds 28°C, so heating is not necessary.
The house offers stunning sea views and can accommodate up to 16 people (including 2 children) in 6 bedrooms (4 with en-suite bathrooms). In total, the house has 6 full bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, and there is excellent quality Wi-Fi.
