We appreciated having Ryan and his family choose our home for their Summer Hampton stay. Ryan was always pleasant to communicate with by email, text and telephone. They left our home in excellent condition. It was obvious that they were respectful of the house a contents. In fact, it was almost like no one was here! We appreciate his extra effort when preparing to leave. We would be happy to have Ryan and his family stay with us again. Dede & David

We thank Erin and family for choosing our home for the time in East Hampton. As guests, they were the best! Kind, appreciative and thoughtful are good words to describe having them as our guest. We would welcome their return if they so chose to do so.

Chris and his family were excellent guests. Our communications were easy and effective. Working together for our mutual goals was a pleasure. They departed on time and left our home in excellent condition. We highly recommend the Senio family to other hosts and look forward to their return if they so choose.

Jill and Robert and family were great guests. We enjoyed having them for much of the Summer. They were ptompt arriving at our agreed to time, communicated with us when necessary...which we encourage, and left the house in a condition that was basically emaculate. We would welcome them back.

We enjoyed having Christina and her family stay with us. We appreciated their sincere first impression position response that they shared with us. When maintenance people called for service, they were always cooperative and friendly about it. They left the house in excellent post-rental condition. We welcome Christina and her family to return in the future.

We appreciate Lizanne, Michael and their family's return for the 3rd time. As always, our home was left in a cared for condition. Communications were open, cooperative and easy plus all house rules were respected. We would be pleased to welcome their return in the future.

Thanks a lot Philip! It was great to have your family stay with us. We hope to see you again! David & Dede

We enjoyed having Carol and her family as our guests. Their arrival and departure was on time. They left our home in a manner that was more than reasonable and better than expected. Our communications were always pleasant and productive. They were kind enough to point out items they appreciated and a few that needed attention...which have been addressed. Sometimes guests feel like they can be our friends. The 3 family members who we interacted with, gave us that impression.

It was nice to have Deborah, Gary and family stay with us. They were pleasant and nice to meet and interacted with. They left the properly in the move out condition that we requested. If all guests were similar, the world would run more smoothly.

Kim and her family were fine guest. They were cooperative with during the check in and check out. They were very helpful and cooperative when we had to replace the dishwasher during they stay. They cared for our property while they were 'in residence' and were pleasant to deal with. We'd be happy to host then again.

We enjoyed having Deborah and Gary and family for the 2nd year. They maintained the property as if it were their own. The help us by giving us tips about how we could make our home a little bit better. We appreciated their comments. We would welcome them back in the future.

Thank you for staying with us this year. We appreciate how well you left the house. We wish you well this coming year and hope to see you back again.

Thanks Anna. It was nice to have you and your family stay with us a second time. We hope to see you again next year.

We enjoyed meeting Anna and her family. Everything went as agreed and we welcome them back for future stays.
