The apartment is located on the second floor of a building dating back to 1500, it is located a two-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and the Uffizi Museum.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a living room with dining area and sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with self-check-in that allows the guest to do it from 7 days before arrival, he will receive emails where he will find all the information to check in, to enter the apartment, and useful phone numbers. Wine apartments Florence provided a wonderful experience during our trip to Florence. The host was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and the apartment itself was well maintained and in a prime location. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to come back soon!

The host was very communicative which made the check in and check out process easy. We had a few issues with the WiFi at the beginning but the host was very proactive and got it fixed within a few hours! Great service, beautiful apartment!

Lovely stay in a perfect location! The apartment is super cute, and having a coffee shop downstairs and a washer was so convenient. We could’ve used a few more towels and some extra toilet paper.The shower did leak into the bathroom and kitchen, even after a repair, but management was very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Fantastic location -- piazza passera has great coffee, gelato, pasta and pizza just outside the door. It's a short walk to all the main attractions but still feels a bit outside the real tourist scrum. The apartment itself is tight. The square footage is fine, but it's tucked into an odd sliver of buidling. My hustband and I found ourselves having to sidle to get through the kitchen, out of bed, or enter the bathroom

We loved the location. It was out of the busy area of Florence, but walkable everywhere and close to some amazing restaurants. I had difficulty using the stove, but I know if I had asked, I would have gotten help. It’s a perfect space for a couple. The stairs are steep, and the bathroom small,as are most in Italy, but we were very comfortable and would absolutely go back.

Wonderful apartment in cute neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I during our stay in Florence. Location is perfect b/c very close to river and all attractions you want to see in Florence. Located in a little square that is very lively at night, but apartment is also quiet! Communication was great on how to access the apartment and check out. They also left a nice bottle of wine for us at check in!

Great Location!!!

This apartment was perfect for me and my wife. We knew we wouldn't be in the apartment much, mostly just to sleep. It is well located and right next to an amazing Gelato spot and a few good restaurants right outside. It's also far enough away from the busier tourist areas that noise wasn't an issue. Being an American, the kitchen and bathroom were both on the smaller side, but wasn't an issue as we only used the fridge in the kitchen. The only complaint we have was a minor smell coming from the bathroom. It was tough to pinpoint the source, but either the drain or through the window. Overall, we would definitely recommend this spot!

Small via in the center

Good for two people max. Not a place to hang out, cook and chat( although you could- kitchen is fully furnished). It’s small so as is with the culture most of our time was spent visiting with the locals and speaking Spanglish as many do not understand English. However, if you know a little Spanish communication is much better. Great food in the area. make reservations or plan to make a meal as you could be sent away. If you need a quick meal in a pinch go to gustapizza as they offer take away. there is always a line just be patient. Oh and the Italian restraint 4 something order the fettuchi something with asparagus. And the pomodoero saice yummmm yumm

Payment/communication less than ideal

Great location in Oltrana, it was nice and clean. Booking process, payment, and check in was very strange. It sent us to a third party to pay after we’d booked and ended up costing more than advertised. Check in instructions were vague and confusing. The communication and payment was just rather sketchy. We weren’t sure if it was a scam. Also only gave us one towel and few other amenities (no napkins/paper towels in the kitchen, very little soap or shower gel, etc) But they did give us a free bottle of wine so…But the apartment itself was nice for an older building. Comfy bed. The tv was broken but who goes to Italy to watch TV anyway. It was very small, especially the bathroom. The shower was tiny. They also had a washer which is cool. I think I’d have rated higher overall if the payment and check in process wasn’t so strange. Also seems like they charged a lot for what it was. Probably could have gotten a nice hotel for the same price.

Good morning Audrey, thank you for leaving your judgment. The apartment is a tourist rental and it is not possible to offer more services than you have found in the apartment. The check-in takes place online as the property has access with keypad or keybox. Payment is simple, we send the payment link because VRBO makes you enter a credit card as guarantee that does not withdraw automatically but we have to do it manually and of course there are blocks on the cards and it is not possible to do so. Therefore we send payment links to our hosts to pay for stays. You have not paid anything extra, only what is on the reservation and the tourist tax.
