Villa Popiglio is a delightful villa located in the small hamlet of Popiglio, on the Pistoia Mountains. Nestled in the greenery (20,000 sqm amongst meadows and woods), the property boasts a fully fenced garden with patio, barbecue, and dining table for 10 people.

From the villa you can admire a panoramic view of the the Apennine ring and the several mountains.

Among the outdoor spaces tou will also find a heated pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.40 m), open from April 20th to the end of September. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols. The pool is heated through the use of solar panels (the pool heating is included in the price).

Moreover, at guests\' disposal a ping-pong table, and a private parking (2 covered + 3 uncovered spaces).

Internal Description

Villa Popiglio is divided into 2 comfortable apartments not communicating with each other (one located on the ground floor, and the other on the first floor), both set on one single level, and provided with independent entrances. The whole property can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The owners live in a separate house, near the villa, and they will meet all guests needing. The utmost privacy is guaranteed. Wifi Internet is included. Pets are allowed. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request at an additional cost.

First apartment: The first apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, and consists of a cozy living area with double sofa bed, armchair, tv, and dining table for 4-6 people. Following is a rustic kitchen, endowed with: electric oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large stone-and-wood fireplace.

The sleeping area is made up of a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (3 single beds).

The apartment is completed by two bathrooms with shower (one of which is equipped for disabled people).

Second apartment: The second apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa, and consists of a lovely living room, furnished with sofa, armchair, tv, and a rustic stone-and-wood fireplace. Then you will find a large kitchen, equipped with: electric oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and dining table for 4-6 people.

Finally, there is a bathroom with shower, and 2 bedrooms: one double and one triple (3 single beds).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; pool heating.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (190.00€); electricity (0.50€/kwh); use of washing machine (5.00€ per washing); heating during the winter months (6.00€/hour); baby cot and high chair (7.00€ per week each). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
