There are five luxurious villas on the property. Sveva is located, together with Domitilla, in one of the villas and they have a communal swimming pool. There is also a tennis court on site. These two apartments together are ideal for a large group of friends or family.

The property has been owned for generations by a noble family. The villa is tastefully furnished with antique furniture in Italian style. It is a perfect location for a day out to Rome, the volcanic lakes or other cities and then to return to a quiet estate where you can relax with a glass of wine to view the lovely sunset.
