Amazing villa

We had such an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa which I would highly recommend. As a family with 2 kids age 5 and 7 this was our first villa holiday and here was perfect for the kids as they loved the pool and the outdoor space was great for them. The location is great as the villa is in a quiet area but it is only a 10 minute walk in either direction to shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be booking to stay again

wonderful property and amazing pool

Gorgeous property, pool and outside space. We really loved it. Only negative was the air conditioning could have been more effective

Gorgeous Villa, Excellent Location

This property is stunning, pool is lovely and in a great location. There is no bath as stated in the listing and some local information would be useful upon arrival but I would highly recommend coming here and the host was very helpful.

Amazing villa and location

We had a fantastic stay at thr villa, so well equipped and even better than the pictures on the site. The out door space is amazing.perfect for one large family or two small ones like us. And it really is just ten minites to pernera and protaris. Would definatley highly recomend.

AMAZING

The villa was amazing. we visit Cyprus every year and its one of the best villa's we have stayed in. Location was perfect. The outdoor area was fabulous. Internally everything was great, spacious, clean. Even the fridge was great as sometimes in other villas they are not great. 5 star, will deof book again!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa very well equipped inside and with amazing outside space. Is a ten minute easy walk to both Pernera and Protaras both with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We had ages 22-83 and everyone loved the villa. Great communications with the host.

Great property however check in time and check out not realistic or fair!

Excellent Villa a bit precious about noise even though they advertise sleeps 12 we had a family gathering after our wedding and had a visit from the agents saying the police were being called! Totally over the top and again unrealistic as 12 people having dinner outside with some music on would make noise! If it’s that precious perhaps don’t have it as a rental! Spoilt our stay as we were on edge after that! Wouldn’t book again on that basis!

Thank you for your review Steve. The villa has 3 bedrooms and advertised to sleep only 6 not 12! In our terms and conditions it is very aware that we do not allow party and events in this villa. The property owner was notified by the neighbors that there was a party happening with 15+ people. Therefore a member of our team came to the villa around 10pm to check as we were aware that you organized a dinner party. We only warned you that the neighbors complained not to have loud music and that they would complain to the police. I wish we was informed from yourself that you were hosting this dinner party as terms and conditions. Kind regards, Rentprivatevillas

Near Perfect! ❤️

The Villa was amazing, clean, good location, quiet, and the pool size blows you away! Fabulous! I’m now going to sound like I’m overly critical but just a few things could of improved our stay to perfect! The villa advertises Hair Dryer, we didn’t realise the family of four women had to share one! One in each bedroom would have been great! Also the Master Bedroom does not have a mirror of any description, again us ladies like to dry our hair and put makeup on! The Pool guy has to come in twice a week which is understandable, what we didn’t like is, he just walks through the back gate and enters regardless of what you may be doing! Lastly and nothing that can be done about it, but if you are hiring the Villa there is a building site at the rear, which obviously spoils the view and can be heard but not majorly. After all is said and done, none of the above spoilt our holiday and we would go back again, just some minor irritations that could be improved upon.

Great Outdoor Space

Amazing Pool and Pool space, living area downstairs was great to chill out in. Bedrooms were a little smaller than what we were use to. Great balcony area outside of the bedrooms to chill in the evenings. Plenty of kitchen utilities, we thought the cupboard space was limited, I think a family who eat in a lot may struggle, a lot of the cupboards had padlock and chains on, yet there was a garage to the side, so not sure why they couldn't keep stuff in there. location was ok 10 min walk into Protaras where you will find bars and restaurants. Diamond bar was a great crack, would recommend popping in there. Some good local Greek restaurants on the main road as u walk into Protaras. Management team were great. A couple of areas we thought that could do with improving; back garden area could do with some TLC weeding etc, alot of dead plants, no sure if the watering system was working correctly. Supply beach towels as the sunbeds were getting very dirty as the ground outside wasn't clean from all the dust blowing from the building site. We ended up purchasing beach towels and left them there. Overall great location and premises, would defiantly return. Thanks

Super tolles Haus

Sehr angenehme und tolle Villa. Perfekt gelegen. Man ist nahe am Strand und nahe beim Dorf. Agia Napa ist auch schnell erreicht.

Fantastic week in Protaras!!

What an amazing property. We stayed as a family of four, 3rd time on the same street and this was by far the best. Outdoor area was amazing, pool lovely & clean, garden area with lots of seating, but plenty of shaded area if required. Located in easy walking distance of both Pernera and Protaras strip. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay with easy access to all ameneties. Thankyou for a fab holiday!!
