This home is a relaxation and rejuvenation of the senses. It is conveniently located guy 5-10 minutes from Downtown Salt Lake and only 10 minutes from the airport. The options for activities are endless. We are minutes from some of the best mountain bike trails in the state, about 45 minutes form 6 ski resorts. It has sleeping arrangements for 12 people or for a single couple. The master bedroom if you choose to stay home it is a relaxing retreat. You never have to leave your door. It’s 6 beds and 5 bedrooms provide comfortable, and I dare you to find a more relaxing view in the city. It's radius wall and 100-foot radius deck and patio, provide a spectacular view of the Great Salt Lake. The home is truly built on a pinnacle and provide a level of privacy and views that is awe-inspiring. Each of the dozens of windows in the house designed for a breathtaking view, and the swings, basketball court, trampoline, and exceptional theater provide countless hours of entertainment. For added safety and in compliance with city ordinances the house has a nest doorbell, as well as a light socket camera to monitor parking.

If you’re looking for a home, that allows you to have family dinners, hang out on the porch and look at a beautiful view. This is the place for you. The host communicated very well and the house fulfills everything you need for a spacious home that allows you to spend time with family and everyone is not on top of each other. The beds were so comfortable and the home is very welcoming.

This is a beautiful home. I rented this for a 4 day sewing retreat for 6 people. This huge space worked perfect for us. We would definitely retreat here again in the future. My only complaint is it list a hot tub on the listing. There is no hot tub only a huge jacuzzi bathtub in the master bath.

We stayed at this home over Christmas with nine adults. The views of Salt Lake are beautiful and the house is spacious, but several issues significantly impacted our stay.The primary problem was the water system. The master bathroom was not usable due to lack of hot water, and when showers were running, sinks upstairs would stop working entirely. With a large group, we had to carefully schedule showers and avoid running water elsewhere in the home. These issues were reported during the stay but were not resolved.We also observed safety and maintenance concerns, including a missing smoke detector in one bedroom and another hanging by its wires in the master suite, visible discoloration on window trim in a basement bathroom consistent with moisture damage, and unstable dining chairs.To be fair, the hosts were responsive when we requested additional kitchen items and provided several pans for cooking, which we appreciated. However, the unresolved plumbing and safety issues materially affected our comfort and use of the home.While the location and views are a highlight, future renters should be aware of the water limitations and overall condition of the property.

Great house

This house worked great for our 9 family members staying here. We didn’t have kids with us but noticed the house had a pack n play and high chairs. We didn’t see baby gates to block the stairs. The master suite is absolutely gorgeous. There is one bathroom shared by the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The living room was comfortable for all of us to hang out in. Beds and pillows were firm which some of us liked and some didn’t. A variety of pillow types would have been appreciated. The kitchen was decently appointed. We found the basics we needed, but there are no wine glasses and no food storage items. It was a quick drive to the places we needed to be in Salt Lake and easy airport access. Overall a great place to stay.

Gorgeous inside and out! Breathtaking view!

Our family of 9 was thrilled to stay in this beautiful home for a little holiday getaway. Plenty of open space for gatherings and so many unique features. Our teenagers fully enjoyed the home theater and the basketball court. It was a quick drive to the mountains for some skiing and snowboarding. The view from the back is unmatched. Breathtaking! Even in cold weather, we spent each night on the back deck (with a blanket) to enjoy the view and the solitude. The home was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the home felt very private. A true getaway from our normally hectic life. Did we mention the gorgeous view? This will be a trip our family will always remember and we plan to come back as often as possible. Owners, Amy and Bryan were a joy to work with. Excellent communication and they were generous with our check out time.

This home was everything I hoped and wanted it to be. We were 4 families (16 people ranging from 2 years to 70+) coming to Salt Lake to celebrate a wedding. There were many comfortable bedrooms in many configurations that fit each family's needs. Wonderful and comfortable nooks and rooms with large sofas and seating to accommodate all types of groupings. The kids loved it, the adults loved it. We all had space and most important to me - enough seating to accommodate a large group for dining. Well appointed kitchen made meals memorable - no scrambling trying to find enough dishes and utensils. There were kitchen basics and pots and pans that made fixing a meal so convenient :) I really can't express my gratitude enough to Bryan for helping my parents find the home. They are not technologically nimble and Bryan guided them there from a great distance. Very patient and kind. This means so much to me. My parents were the first to arrive. My nephews were just so excited exploring the home. It truly is a unique and beautiful home. Also - the Christmas decorations made it feel like home. If you have a large group and want to spend time together, this would be a great place. Did I mention the gorgeous views and that it is only minutes from downtown Salt Lake?

We took our family for our 30th anniversery we had a great time together, but the house was a whole different story. the air conditioning didn’twork,the TVs didn’t work,the oven didn’t work, we had to clean the tub and shower before they could be used. the house was over run with ants after the first day the febreze smell was gone from the carpet and replaced with the smell of animal urine. On our last night we decided to use the bbq grill to cook some steaks but it was so disgusting we opted to do something different. The owner tried his best to fix the issues with the house when we called, but I felt this place had been sadly neglected to the point where for two days we felt we had a new family member because the fix it guy was their so much. we ask to be compensated for all that was wrong but instead we were blamed for most of the things that were broke or not working. so disappointed with this place this was are first experience renting vrbo we have friends that own vrbo’s and with our business we clean lots of vrbo’s so I know that most of them are really well kept sadly this was not the case with this one VERY VERY DISSATISFIED

Large group great home

A group of 13 of us flew out to Utah for a college friends wedding and this home was perfect for this occasion. It allowed us to have a beautiful and comfortable place to come home to each night after our wedding festivities had finished. The hosts were very good at communicating with us and we could not have found a better VRBO for the week.

We had a great time in this spacious unit. Easy access to skiing. Plenty of room for some sewing. Lots of separated sleeping spaces and baths. Huge cooking and dining areas. Super Bowl in the home theater was really nice. Loved the sunsets and views of the lights throughout the night. Will gladly come back.

Pinnacle Retreat Rocks

This was my first time renting and my first trip to Utah and I met my brother and some friends from all over the country here for a four day reunion. The property was perfect! The views from the giant windows were breathtaking. The rooms and conditions were precisely as described and we were not far from downtown. I spoke with the owners a lot before and during our stay and they were very accommodating and up front with everything. We would certainly stay here again and we are all grateful for the hospitality and comfort.

Amazing Views & Beautiful Home

We rented this property for a work trip and were blown away by the panoramic views. Bryan and Amy were also fantastic hosts and communication was stellar throughout our trip. The house was clean, rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities you'd expect. The huge master suite was definitely a step above the rest with a large seating area and very comfortable, king bed. The master bathroom was also very large with a jacuzzi tub, beautiful walk-in shower and double vanities. The separate toilet room also has a bidet, which is a nice touch for the tush! ;) The main living room, downstairs den, and kitchen were all comfortable and had everything you need for a trip away from home. The deck was great for taking in the amazing views of Salt Lake City and the mountains. The basketball court and in-ground trampoline are also really nice touches and would be awesome to use in nicer weather. There are little things that could use some updating, but I'm not going to nitpick as I've never been in a house (including my own) that I couldn't say the same about. There is a very strict no smoking and no pet policy, so make sure you plan for that accordingly. This is also not a house to throw loud, drunken parties because it's in a very quiet neighborhood and guests are expected to respect that. It doesn't mean you can't have a great time because we definitely did!
