The Beach Club - Bristol 305 is a luxury condominium located on the 3rd floor of the Bristol Tower. The Beach Club is a family oriented Southern Style upscale resort. You can see the surf and palm trees from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The balcony view of the Gulf and Bristol pool is absolutely fabulous and the condo was recently upgraded with new bed mattresses in both the master and guest bedrooms, several pieces of furniture, TVs and air conditioner unit. This condo is perfect for couples. Each bedroom has its own private adjoining bath. Plus, the hallway bath is very convenient if you have guests. Relax at the end of the day in the master bath jetted tub.

Owners have recently installed engineered vinyl plank (EVP) flooring throughout the entire condo and updated the guest bathroom. The living room and master bedroom adjoins the balcony with tables and chairs for sunning or enjoying cool drinks and lunch. Bring your laptop!. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and you can enjoy the new 65” smart 4K UHD TV in the living room and smart TV in the guest bedroom.

Whether you choose to dine-in or out, you will enjoy the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Just bring your food, drinks, and paper goods and dine at the table with six chairs. In the kitchen pantry is a combo washer/dryer. The beautiful Bristol pool is located at the foot of the tower and has a wading pool and a jacuzzi. A convenient boardwalk leads to the beach and has showers. Beach chair/umbrella set-ups and other beach activities such as para-sailing are provide by a rental service.

A casual fine dining restaurant and bar is located upstairs over the Clubhouse with a great view! None other compares with the food and view in the area! Shopping and a salon are on site, too! You will have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of the tower and may patron the shops in the Clubhouse and at the front of the resort.

Since the owner is a member of The Club, you will have access to the private amenities as well with a daily fee of approx $40.00 which covers the entire party, payable at The Club Desk in person for the days you choose. These private amenities include an indoor heated pool, large community pool with poolside entertainment and Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness center, tennis courts and much more! This was by far the cleanest most well maintained facility we have ever stayed in. This Resort is very very nice!! I love the fact that not just anyone can come on the property with the security they have. The room (Bristol 0305) was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked as it should and the overall comfort of the room was amazing. We will definitely love to stay in this room again or at least at this resort for sure. A+++++ 100% Excellent!!

We had a 30 day snowbird trip to the beach club (Bristol 305). Here are the good points:Great beach club amenities (yoga, indoor pool, pool chairs).Well stocked kitchen.Great views.Good management team that resolved issues quickly.Here are the not so good pointsThe beds where uncomfortable . The king master bed is past due for replacement and good sleep was not possible. The mattress is worn and has large depressions on each side. The 2nd bed was only slightly better. The garbage disposal and dryer were broken but the management team scheduled repairs within 2 days. Water pressure in the master bath shower is weak.The unit is for sale and showings were scheduled during our stay.

Very clean. We had an awesome vacation! We wished the patio furniture was more comfortable and maybe bar hight so you could see over the railing. We spent most of our time on the patio.

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding Anniversary.

The Bristol 305 was just perfect for our stay!! Checked all the boxes. We will definitely be back to stay in this area. Loved it. Weather could have been warmer but we found plenty to do when we couldn’t do the beach scene.

Everything was nice and clean. The only problem we had the TV never worked the garbage disposal was broken. I called maintenance he came but could not fix the problem. He said the cable co. would get in touch with me about cable they never did.

One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in - floors, bathrooms, furniture, and even the carpet. All the little places you usually find sand or a lost piece of candy... spotless. The location is excellent and Pam was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful location!

We loved the location of this condo! It is away from the crowded beaches of Gulf Shores. The area to the west of the resort is a natural area, so the beach is very unpopulated there. To the east are some beach homes, but the beach there is also very uncrowded and very natural. Great for taking walks on the beach! The condo itself is very spacious and is well appointed. We loved the boardwalk area with the swinging chairs, which were so enjoyable in the evening. My husband and I were there alone, but there were lots of families there seeming to have a grand time. The beach service fellows were great!

Love Gulf Shores

Great unit, well equipped. Property very well maintained. This complex Is a little away from the major tourist area of Orange Beach, however the property itself offers a clubhouse restaurant, a sports bar restaurant and food trucks for dinner which made it very convenient to spend a long day at the beach and get dinner without having to pike into the car! Would definitely return!

Great place to stay!

The Beach Club always promises a clean condo and great amenities. Our goal was not to have to drive anywhere and we didn’t! The restaurants and food trucks made it easy not to leave. The staff is accommodating and the facilities are always clean. We have been staying there for the past 20 years and have NEVER had a negative word to say. The Beach Club never disappoints! We will be back in July.
