About the property
On entrance into the property the downstairs is a bright light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with washing machine, oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, mircrowave and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a dining area for 4 people. In the living area there is a sofa which converts into a double bed, flat screen smart TV and free WiFi. There is also a separate downstair cloakroom/toilet situated on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find of two comfortable double bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed there is also a desk for those requiring this facility. The second double bedroom is a twin room, both bedrooms upstairs can be made up into a king size beds or twin beds depending on your requirements, these options are available upon request in advance. Travel cot and stair gate also available upon request.

We are extremely fortunate that directly outside the property there is the highly sort after allocated private parking space.

Well equipped with all the amenities that you will need for a comfortable stay: WiFi, kettle, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and smart TV.

House rules: No parties/events, no hen/stag dos, no pets, no smoking and quiet hours between 9pm - 8am. Max 6 guests.
