About this property

Newly Updated South End Marco Island With Spectacular Intercoastal Views

2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath with 1300 square feet of living space and 100 square feet of balcony. The condo is situated at the south end of Marco Island with views of the Gulf of Mexico and 10,000 Islands. Residents have access to boat docks, fishing dock, private beach, 3 shared swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness room and many other amenities. The public beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk with nearby restaurants. There are bike racks available and kayak storage. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor, with a covered parking space. We have recently updated both bathrooms with new flooring in the bedrooms and bathroom, new trim, fresh coat of paint throughout, all new appliances, new furniture throughout. The master bed has a king bed with balcony views of the bay and ocean. The second bedroom has 2 full beds with a balcony view of the pool and ocean. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with balcony view of the ocean/pool. The unit has a laundry room with brand new washer/dryer and plenty of storage.

Pure Delight!

Our one-month stay was wonderful. Linda is a fabulous host and communicator. The condo is lovely with a gorgeous view. It was stocked with everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the heated pools and hot tub spas. My husband loved reading out on the lanai. We were very comfortable there and would love to come again in the future.

Have been renting on Marco Island for 25 years and Shipps Landing is the most remarkable place I have experienced. The view, amenities, and condo are unsurpassed. A few issues connecting with management due to Covid-19. It will be top of my list for all future winter stays. A Plus in all regards.

We loved the awesome views of Caxambas Bay from the large deck of this beautiful Shipps Landing Condo. The unit itself is clean and has everything needed for your stay on Marco Island. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. You can’t go wrong with this vacation rental.

Location, 50 feet of balcony, boat and dolphin show every day, large living space, Owner fantastic!

Every morning my wife and I could sit out on the balcony, drink our coffee, see the incredible sunrise, hear the birds, see the dolphins, and feel God’s presence. Linda was very attentive to any question. ShippsLanding happens to be the most beautiful spot on Marco Island. The amenities are phenomenal. 3 incredible pools and hot tubs, 2 exercise rooms, ping pong table, pool table, tennis, paddle ball, private beach, covered parking, beautiful grounds, southern most part of the island so quiet of the quiet. I could go on and on about our stay. We have been blessed to enjoy some wonderful times but nothing like the two months we stayed here.

Great condo and location!

This was our second time at Shipps Landing. this condo was so much nicer and totally updated that the other one the year before at this complex. With this condo, you get access to boat docks, fishing dock, private beach, 3 swimming pools, beautifully landscaped grounds, and other amenities. The condo has been totally updated with all new furniture and furnishings. There are also new HDTVs in each rooom complete with great HD cable channels and fast Wifi. It has a really nice large 2BR/2BA layout with both bathrooms being newly refurbished. Linda Ludwig, the owner, was super responsive with any request or question. We will definitely be coming back here!!!
