***New Living Room, Dining, Lanai Furniture April 2023***

This renovated beachfront 2 bed, 2 full bath condo is located at the one of the most desirable condo buildings on all of Marco Island, the Sea Winds building on Marco Beach. Granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen. King bed in the master bedroom with flat-screen tv. Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that will include the much sought after 2nd full bathroom some condos do not offer. Laundry is in residence here.

Storage closet located across the way from the elevators that is fully equipped with the beach gear needed while here. Unobstructed western views look out towards the gorgeous blueish-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the soft white sandy famous beaches Marco Island has to offer. Take in those picturesque sunsets each and every day from your own private balcony.

Not looking to get all sandy at the beach? Enjoy your time down by the pool area ,complete with a heated pool and also hot tub.

Sea Winds is located right next door to popular Sunset Grille at the Apollo. Sunset Grille is the only beachfront restaurant/tiki bar on the beach other than the hotels. Just a few blocks north of here are the popular restaurants and shops of Mission Plaza. This is the ideal spot to come and stay so book that trip today!

**Attention Renters - Spring/Summer slider project to commence on April 15th, 2024 replacing all sliding doors in the building. They have said they will complete 2 floors per week barring any delays. Project expected completion date is mid to late June. Guests can expect work around the building and noise while occupying a condo. We have blocked off time the work is expected to be completed on the floor the unit is located. If work is delayed and possibly impacting a guests reservation we will work to re-locate to another unit in the building.**

***Sea Winds condominium will charge all incoming guests a registration fee of $50(subject to change)***Max 2 cars allowed by building per reservation***

Love Marco

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view. Lovely condo. I would only add that 10 am checkout I'd too early , 11 would be better noon would be perfect. I know the cleaning staff has to turn it over but check in is 4pm. Otherwise great stay.

Excellent Vacation

Our stay on Marco Island was perfect. Everything about it was more than I expected. The location could not have been better, oceanfront and steps into the water. The room was updated, very nice and very clean. It was exactly as advertised so we were shocked because sometimes what you see on line is not what you get once you arrive. It was an excellent vacation, will definitely return next year. Thank you for making Vacation 2023 PERFECT!!!!

Vacation

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed as far as towels, beach equipment and the kitchen was well equipped too. The only negative thing we would say is there wasn’t a bureau to put out clothes in, would prefer not to live out of a suitcase. The sunsets every night were magnificent .
