The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the West End of Glasgow which is a very safe area and home to some of the best architecture in the city. The area is predominantly residential but there are some great cafes, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The Botanic Gardens and stunning University of Glasgow are both 20 minutes walk. Byres Road and Ashton Lane are 20 minutes walk and are home to some of the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer.

Getting Around:
The property is ideally located for guests who wish to explore the area on foot, with plenty of local amenities and attractions nearby. For travel further afield, Hyndland Train Station is just a few minutes’ walk away, offering direct trains to Glasgow Central Station in approximately 17 minutes, with departures every 12 minutes. Partick Underground Station is around a 15-minute walk, providing convenient access across the city. Glasgow International Airport is about 20 minutes away by car or taxi, with fares typically around £20. Uber operates throughout Glasgow, or you can easily hail a black cab on the street if its yellow light is on.
