4 nice and comfortable attached houses for holidays in the residential area of Calpe, located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute walk to the center. Calm area with only 5 houses. Bars, shops, pharmacies, Health Center and local bus stop (Guagua) less than 300 meters away. Bus station within 800 meters.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds (with sheets), a double sofa bed, bathroom with large shower (no towels available), kitchen(microwave, coffee maker, etc.), living room and terrace-porch. Fully equipped with a private washing machine, safe, Satellite-TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a swimming pool, outdoor barbecue and parking.
Pets are allowed, subject to approval at reservation.

IMPORTANT: The Air Conditioning service in the bedrooms is optional and is not included in our basic rates. It impliesa supplement of €5/day for 12 hours of service of the client's choice. No reservation required.
