The 40 sqm apartment is on 2 floors. In the lower area there is the kitchen and a shower room. An internal staircase leads to the upper area with a living room / bedroom and a sun terrace. In front of the kitchen there is a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a cozy seat. Next to the 8m x 4m pool with roman steps is the open terrace.
A parking space is on the closed 850 sqm plot.
The main apartment is not occupied!
The house is located in a quiet residential area, about 2 km south of the city center. 1.3 km to the nearest sandy beach at PUERTO BLANCO.

Hübsches kleines Objekt

Für 2 Personen super geeignet, kombiniertes Wohn- Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock. Küche klein ohne Essmöglichkeiten, also nur bei schönem Wetter geeignet. Stromkosten sehr hoch, auch ohne Klimaanlage.

El interior de la casa, aunque un poco justo, pero muy bien organizado, el exterior con la terraza y la piscina espectacular, unas muy buenas vacaciones en Calpe!

Klein und fein

Das Häuschen ist klein hat aber alles was man braucht. Nebst Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist der absolute Knaller. Der Garten ist gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Grundstück ist eingefriedet so das Hunde frei laufen können. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Cadre agréable et reposant !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison agréable et au calme. Seul petit bémol, c'est la connexion Wi-Fi qui n'est pas top. Ça capte seulement au niveau de la terrasse où se trouve Le barbecue. Les gestionnaires étaient gentils disponibles et très réactifs. Merci à eux !!! Nous y retournerons c'est certain !

Casa tranquila y con todas las comodidades

Hemos estado súper agusto mi pareja, yo y nuestra mascota, la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de lujo, todo muy limpio y mucha tranquilidad en la zona, con Calpe a 5 min en coche, la piscina es una gozada, para no salir de ella en todo el día

Problème de wifi inutile de payer 10 E par semaine et surprise à la fin du séjour surcoût d’électricité sans explication en ne se servant que des ventilateurs et la climatisation la nuit lumière extérieure ne marchent plus
