Villa in Altea with incredible sea views

Traditional Spanish Mediterranean style villa refurbished inside and out. Located in the quiet urbanization of Sierra Altea, with incredible panoramic sea views from both floors.



On the ground floor is the garage for two cars with automatic roller door.

Going down some steps, already on the ground floor, there is the living-dining room next to the kitchen from which you can access the terrace and porch. Also on the same floor there are 2 bedrooms with sea views and terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and access to the outside barbecue area, and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor we find the swimming pool, its covered bar area with sea views and the chill-out terrace.



All bedrooms have air conditioning hot/cold.



The villa has free high speed fibre Wi-fi and 1 TV per floor, with the main one having chromecast.
