A charming villa, set in extensive grounds with stunning views over the Gulf of Cugnana and unspoiled countryside. This villa is an idyllic retreat for 2 people. It has lovely outdoor space and has been carefully decorated throughout.

The airy open plan living area has a sofa, traditional corner fireplace (not in use), flatscreen TV, pretty white dining table and a newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a moka coffee maker. Glass doors lead from the living room to a beautiful, shaded terrace, where guests can dine al fresco and enjoy unrivalled views over the sea. There is second veranda with a large BBQ and stone table.

Sleeping
The fresh master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.
An extra bed can be provided at an additional cost.

Bathroom
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, basin, WC and washing machine.

Location
Set in tranquil countryside with magnificent views this villa is close to the local shops and just 5km from a supermarket. In Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended.
The famous Rena Bianca beach on the Costa Smeralda is only 10 minutes away, whilst the jet-set resort of Porto Cervo is 20 minutes.

Porto Rotondo (15 minutes) is known for its marina, but during the summer months the town hosts a weekly (Wednesday) crafts market where you can find many local crafts and stylish fashion accessories.

Olbia\'s port and airport are about 20 minutes away.
