Welcome to our gorgeous one bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the SEA, the mountains, Marbella Marina, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and African Coastline.
This modern apartment is situated in one of Marbellas best spots with PANORAMIC views. No car is needed!
The terrace is truly one of a kind. All floors in white marble and the view towards Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and the African coastline is truly amazing.

The modern interiors compliment the beautiful views of the Sea, Mountains and Marina, while offering all the comforts and amenities required to make our apartment your home away from home. A truly great place to stay in central Marbella.

Less than 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. 2-3 minutes walk to the Marbella marina and a 1 hour stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus.

This finely decorated property contains one luxurious double bedroom (king size bed). The kitchen is small but stylishly designed and contains everything you would expect from such a deluxe rental. Included are a fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils and crockery.

The dining area has space for four people. As you move round the flat you will find the comfortable living area complete with cable TV perfect for relaxing in front of after a long, hard day (obs, mostly spanish channels). The apartment also has high-speed internet/ Wifi (the Building has just installed Fibre).

This is a great apartment in the centre of one of the most upcoming cities in the world. Don't miss the opportunity to be apart of it!

We are happy to treat all guests with a small welcome gift, cold water in the fridge and sparkling wine upon arrival.

The rental price includes: High quality furniture, white goods, kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery and balcony furniture. Television and high speed broadband internet.
Electricity, Air conditioning, heating and water bills, A property management contact to deal with any maintenance issues.

The property does not include final cleaning.

Gorgeous Views

Wonderful condo and the location is amazing! Wraparound deck is perfect for watching sunsets and just enjoying the incredible the beach and Mediterranean. Would recommend staying at this great condo to friends and family. Will definitely rent again !

Best view and location, we will come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The lockation was right on the Beach with Amazing view from the terrace. Both Alina and Jessica were very professional and Easy to deal with. We loved this apartment and will definatelly be back!

Beautiful 180 degree views!

I stayed here with my two children and it worked out perfectly. The apartment is on a high floor and you walk in the front door to views all around of both mountains and sea. It was newly renovated in a tasteful way and felt very clean. Jessica was very communicative and easy to contact. Location was great on the water, next to some great restaurants, a beautiful park, and steps to the old section. I definitely would recommend!

On top of the world

The open view from this apartment is incredible, a panorama that stretches from the coast of Africa - along the Spanish coast -all across Marbella and then to the mountains 🥰 There is so much room out on the balcony, I have stayed in other apartments in this same building, but the building gives the most outside space to this corner plot, it's so much bigger than the rest! Ideal for catching the southwest sun or keeping cool in the north facing shade ⛱️ The position of this apartment is absolutely incredible for sunsets! Every evening had it's own beautiful display. Nicely shaded from the morning sun (the other east facing apartments are a very hot and bright early wake up - not for my taste!) The inside is absolutely gorgeous, perfect blend between minimalist and characterful, very modern and high quality renovation. TV is a modern Sony which is a very appreciated upgrade to most rentals! One of my favourite features is how the doors/glass walls open up on the north wall, giving a HUGE aperture of unbroken mountain views and fresh air when you're laid on the sofa 💚 Last but not least, the host herself! Jessica was very helpful, understanding, generous and communicative - I would love to deal with her again!

Fantastisk stor terass och toppenläge

Ett litet stenkast från hamnen och stranden ligger denna moderna och rena lägenhet vid strandpromenaden med butiker, barer, restauranger och allt annat man kan önska. Jättestor möblerad terrass där man kan njuta av tapas i eftermiddags- och kvällssolen medan man blickar ut över hav, strand, hamn och berg. Komplexet har utomhuspool och parkering där man kan ställa bilen man sannolikt inte kommer att använda mycket. Lägenheten är utrustad med allt man behöver under vistelsen inklusive tvättmaskin och torktumlare. För de yngre gästerna finns även TV-spel. Värden Jessi är en mycket välkomnande, professionell och hjälpsam virvelvind och jag ger såväl henne som lägenheten och dess läge mina varmaste rekommendationer till andra resenärer.

Schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung, Fahrstuhl, Balkon mit wunderbarer Sonne ab Mittag bis abends kann man da schön sitzen, es gibt 1 Badezimmer plus eine Toilette, das ist cool. Wir haben die Tiefgarage genutzt, Indigo Neo, nur 2 Min. vom Haus. Direkt unten ist eine Skulpturen"Ausstellung" an der Promenade von Salvador Dali...so interessant und inspirierend und ohne Eintritt, frei für jeden. Und noch dazu...man kann am Strand laufen oder auf der Promenade...man ist mitten im Getümmel, viele Restaurants Strandbars und Läden. Super

All apartments employ the services of an english speaking manager to maintain and clean the apartments as well as meet and look after our guests.

I have also a professional driver that can help you with pick you up from the airport. 70 eur one way.

We wanted both beach, shopping, restaurants and close to the city centre and all amenities.

Very convenient with elevator, wifi, AC, washing machine, International TV and DVD.

This apartment surely has it all!

The apartment has large glass sliding window/doors and natural breeze from the ocean. The Venus beach is clean and lovely for swimming and right below your balcony. You can also watch your children play on the beach from the balcony. There is a childrens play area on the beach surrounded by restaurants, serving you food and drinks. Nightlife is abundant everywhere nearby, it is a very Spanish area with fabulous restaurants and bars.
It is lovely to sit and watch everyone walking along the Paseo both day and night. Walk everywhere - no car needed!
