Our host Gabriella was very welcoming and was great with communication. The welcome handbook contained all the info we needed. The flat was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. We will certainly book this property again.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, Gabriella allowed us to check in early after flying all night (thank you!) Great location, Gabriella was very responsive and it was easy to get access to the keys. And three bathrooms!!

Perfect accommodation, clean, light and airy. Pleased to find some teabags and coffee Gabriella was great, communication was easy via WhatsApp. Also big thanks for being so helpful when one of our party left their mobile. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this property!

Fabulous flat in a great location!

The flat is in a great location, is very comfortable and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised that we found parking outside. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Crouch End.

Great flat in an ideal location!

Absolutely loved staying at Gabby's place! My son lives in Crouch end and it was only a 10 minute walk to his place. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us (4 adults and two children under 10) and everything was provided for us to have a very comfortable stay. Crouch End has some lovely shops and restaurants and if you want to travel further afield that's not an issue either. We'd love to come back sometime - the only problem is the place is usually booked!

Great choice

Very happy, that I have chosen this accommodation for our London visit. Great place, where to stay l, if you want to avoid the busyness of central London. The flat is spacious and clean with all you need. Safe friendly neighbourhood with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Straightforward bus connection to downtown and to the big train stations, what came handy to catch our train to Scotland. Thank you, would stay here again.

Spacious Flat in Crouch End

Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Difficult to find a flat with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in London. Worked perfectly for our girls trip. Kitchen/living area was bright and spacious. Not as close to the train/tube as we would have liked but a bus line runs right in front of the flat. Neighborhood felt safe and lots of good food nearby.

Our only regret was that we did not have more time to enjoy the rental space and the neighborhood on foot more than we did! The space was clean, and well thought (loved that the living room door helped to shield the same-level bedroom dwellers from noise of those needing to use the kitchen/living space.)

Exactly what we wanted.

Gabriella responded very promptly from the moment I booked and all instructions for checking in were very clear. The flat is very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We ate out so didn't need to cook, but it seems that the kitchen has everything you may need. My daughter and granddaughters both loved their rooms, and we'd definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. Crouch End is a nice area with plenty of places to eat and easy to get into central London, as well as travelling in from the M1 or A1.

Wedding of our Boy

The apartment was immaculate, well furnished, clean and comfortable. It really helped having the space and amenities to allow us to relax. We were lucky to be able to park outside the property so loading/unloading was easy. The owner was very accommodating and fast to respond with clear and friendly messages. 1 very minor point of improvement would be to ensure the entrance to the property was cleaner...I realise this may be out of the owners' control but something to consider.

Spacious, Clean & Well Located

The apartment is even larger than pictured. The photos are very accurate. It is close proximity to a bus and tube station. Very easy to travel to central London or take trips outside of London. Coming from Toronto, I didn’t know how to use the heating, even after reading the manuals. Gabriella was very quick to respond and help. She even ordered a special attachment for the espresso maker, to use while I stayed there. The kitchen is very well stocked, far better than many other homes I’ve stayed. There are loads of towels. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Super apparemment bien placé

Super apparemment avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. A côté de plusieurs stations de bus et une gare,ce qui permet de partir dans toutes les directions pour les visites que l'on souhaite faire. Environ 45 mns du centre de Londres jusqu'à 1h25 jusqu'à Kew Garden.

Crouch End Stay

The apartment was beautifully clean and furnished. It had everything we needed for self catering and Gabriella provided an excellent guide to the property. Parking is very difficult in Crouch End. The addition of council parking permits would have been great. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home.
