Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
This beautiful four bedroom holiday home that sleeps up to 7 adults and 1 child, offers chic interiors and direct lake access via a private jetty.
As you enter Overton Island 01 on the ground floor you are immediately greeted with a spacious open plan kitchen, living room & dining area. The living room is complete with a beautiful wood burner to cosy up next to in winter, and has fantastic views over the water though the floor to ceiling patio doors that lead out onto the deck. Next to the kitchen is a utility and useful wet room.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds (top bunk suitable for a child only) and three double rooms, two with king size beds and one with a double bed. A family bathroom with a bath services all rooms, whilst one double has an ensuite WC and the master has an ensuite shower room, making this property perfect for large families and groups alike.
Access to activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Please note that there are some properties on the Estate that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing.
