99 ADM Casa Mendes Fabulous townhouse with shared pool

Located on Areias dos Moinhos just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, this townhouse is ideally situated for a family holiday. On entrance level there is a fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower. Stairs lead to the roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the sea and surrounding area.



On the lower level there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with patio doors leading to a covered terrace. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath.

There is a shared swimming pool (12x6) which is shared between 22 properties. It has sun loungers for use and a separate children’s area.

The property is extremely well furnished and presented, ideal for families or friends.



The beach, shops and restaurants can all be easily accessed by foot but if you have a car there is private parking. Centeanes beach can accessed by foot in 10-15 minutes. This is an excellent beach for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and it well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline.

Within a short drive there are several excellent golf courses including Gramacho. It is also possible to walk to Vale do Milho which is a 9 hole par three course which welcomes all ages and abilities so a great activity for all the family.

The accomodation had everything to make our stay enjoyable. It was very clean and the web site photos were accurate. It even had a couple of great extras that we did not expect like a Weber grill and outdoor seating on the lower patio, which although we did not use, was clearly of high quality. When we had a couple of minor issues Elite Rentals was very quick to correct them, and when we arrived early they allowed early check in, which was very much appreciated as we had just completed an overnight trans Atlantic flight. Can't think of anything.

Wow, a fantastic property in a fantastic location on the Algarve. We went as a family of 4, children were 3 and 5 and loved it. The pool is literally next door and the accommodation has everything you need. We had all meals on the balcony outside overlooking the peaceful garden. It was immaculate and we would go again without hesitation. Thank you!

Three weeks in CARVOEIRO.

Accommodation was very nice with a beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy meals. Beds were very comfortable and the tv channels were sufficient. Seemed like an awful lot of lights were not working. First week maids rushed in at 5:00 and only did some basic linen change. Second week did a thorough job and we were impressed.
