To access the villa you have to drive a last stretch of a typically Ligurian narrow road.




OUTDOORS

Villa Dolcina is surrounded by a magnificent private garden of approximately 3,000m2 with a splendid lawn, fruit trees and flowers of all types. The infinity pool enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the entire Gulf, access to the pool is also suitable for children as it has a comfortable shallow water area, the pool flooring is very particular and is covered with typical Ligurian stone. On the sides of the pool there is a shower, a comfortable arbor for relaxing in the shade, sunbeds and umbrella.

The garden is also characterized by various relaxation corners, including a very pretty veranda with sitting area and bathroom. Two outdoor dining areas that allow you to enjoy the summer evenings. Villa Dolcina also offers a wood-burning oven and an outdoor barbeque area. Access to the villa is via a private entrance, there are numerous parking spaces inside the property.




INTERIORS

The property is arranged over three living levels and divided as follows: main entrance into a lovely living room with eat-in kitchen and service bathroom which serves the living area with splendid views of the sea and the surrounding garden.

On the first floor we have two comfortable bedrooms: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to a large terrace overlooking the sea, the second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and sea view.




Continuing on the ground floor, we have a second living area with an open kitchen in typical masonry, a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub.

The ground floor has an independent entrance without architectural barriers overlooking the garden and the dining area.
