Very nice apartment with everything you need to have a nice holiday. Quiet sourrounding (no voice from camping or amusement parks). Sabrina is very helpful if you need anything. We had a very nice holiday here

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Ferienwohnung und mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal. Es war alles perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet, entspricht genau den Bildern im Internet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, dass alles passt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. .

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Restrikionen

Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG einer recht neuen Wohnanlage. Die Einrichtung ist neu, nicht hochwertig. In 1-2 Jahren wird sich das zeigen. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos, das passt alles. Störend fanden wir, dass man sich um die Müllentsorgung selbst kümmern muss. Bei dem Preis ein Unding! Ansonsten steht in der Hausordnung was alles verboten ist unter Androhung von Strafzahlungen. Ebenfalls unangemessen!

Caro Markus, quello che tu descrivi come non di alta qualità è un tavolo da pranzo e credenza antica di fine '700 acquistati da un antiquario come anche il cassettone che avevi in camera. Il tappeto in soggiorno è un Karabakh antico originale, tutti i letti hanno materassi ortopedici in Memory, ecc. Nulla è economico nel mio appartamento.Tutta la casa è in classe energetica A4, il massimo. Lo smaltimento dei rifiuti a Lazise è a porta a porta e ho portato via io quello che hai lasciato a fine soggiorno senza addebitarti nulla e tutto è ben specificato nell'annuncio e se non ti piacevano le mie regole potevi sceglierne un altro. Hai prenotato un appartamento non un hotel e è tuo compito smaltire i rifiuti! Inoltre ti è stato messo a disposizione un secondo posto auto perché avevi un auto alta. Il prezzo che hai pagato è in linea con la zona e l'alta stagione. Sabrina

Die Kommunikation mit Sabrina war perfekt. Sie hat sich vor und während dem Aufenthalt bestens um uns gekümmert. Die Wohnung war super und alles sehr liebevoll und durchdacht. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Möbel waren wie neu. Wir können es nur empfehlen bei Sabrina zu mieten!!

Très bonne adresse.

Les prestations logement sont parfaites (moderne, super-équipé : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, transats, mobilier de jardin, parasol, pendoir à linge, sèche-cheveux, airco, wifi, jardin privatif,grande piscine, ...). Peut-être mettre 2 ou 3 vélos à disposition pour compléter ces belles prestations. Idéalement situé pour se rendre en peu de temps dans les villes avoisinantes le long du lac. Un peu moins idéal pour les promenades à pieds au départ du logement (peu de petits chemins) Propriété de 10 logements, très bien entretenue et locataires très respectueux et calmes.
