From the living room you access a terrace (10 sqm) exposed towards south, where it is possible to dine in the sun enjoying the garden view. The apartment has a double bedroom with pool view, a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds, plus a possible third pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has Wi-Fi, foreign satellite channels and air conditioning.
The property has also a covered outdoor parking space (measures L 235 cm, H 200 cm, W 600 cm) near to the entrance.
The strength of the property is its proximity to the lake, only 200 meters away and to the center of Lazise approx. 250 meters. The nearest supermarket is only a 3 minute walking distance and there is a public beach at 300 mt away.
It is compulsory to wear a bathing cap in the pool.
Pool is opened from 15/06 till 15/09

Pets are welcome in our apartment. However, as per the condominium regulations, they cannot access the common green area without a leash and cannot access the pool area.
