Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Electric radiators (underfloor in bathroom), gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for wood burner available locally. Travel cot, highchair and fireguard. Welcome pack.. Wrap-around decking with garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: No hen and stag parties.. This eco-friendly, off-grid property is set on its own with only a minute’s walk from the beach. Its quiet location allowing an escape from everyday life. Enjoy beautiful views from the floor-to-ceiling windows while sitting in front of a lovely wood burner. Local amenities are a short drive away with internationally recognised golf courses, country parks, castles and whisky trails as well as beautiful beaches.

Just wow.

Just wow.Perfect on every level.Location amazing lovely to just sit outside watch the waves and hear and see nothing but nature. But close enough to pop to the local shop/restaurants/pubs/attractions.Internally from furnishings to equipment everything you could need was there.Communication with the hosts was brilliant too.We were truly blessed with the weather, which enabled us to enjoy the beach location every day.First stay in Scotland, we will return here

Location is stunning, picturesque, remote and so close to the beach.

Location is stunning, picturesque, remote and so close to the beach. Every time we visited the beach we had the entire area to ourselves apart from two deer and a horse rider in the distance. The property is amazing. Modern, bright and airy and contains everything you need for the perfect stay. The photos on website make the beach house look huge - we thought this was the trick of the camera - in reality it is as spacious as it looks! Hosts are great too. A lovely welcome pack emailed before you arrive and treats on arrival. We shall definitely return - thank you

Just Perfect

We had a fabulous time relaxing at the Drums Beach Beach. It’s bigger than the pictures make it seem and there’s a fabulous view of the ocean past the sand dunes. There are sky lights that open up electronically and allow the fresh ocean air to fill the space. The large exterior doors and windows are of very high quality and the location is extremely private. The showers have fabulous water pressure and the couches are comfortable. Peter and Ruth have thought of it all. 11/10!
