All Underground lines accessible. 7 minutes walk to Old Street Station. 7 minutes via tube to Oxford Street (West End). 6 minutes by tube to Tower of London. 5 minutes walk to Hoxton Square / Shoreditch nightlife (the best in the City). Less than 1 minute walk to the Bus stop (scenic route to the West end). Re-furbished new Kitchen (2016). Fantastic Value for money (cheaper than hotels!) with everything very close at hand. Perfect base to explore our wonderful City. The best of both with all landmarks / tourist attractions easily accessible and also the best nightlife / restaurant scene in London on your door step (8 minutes walk)
