Günstig gelegene und für Londoner Verhältnisse große Wohnung im 2. Stock. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, alles funktioniert. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Etwas Verkehrslärm.

We had a great stay in Paddington. We had two kids under 5 and the bunk beds worked well. It’s a lot of stairs to get to the flat, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook dinner and enjoyed the quick access to several grocery stores. The washer, dryer and clothing drying rack were also very helpful to have.

We had a nice stay in London. The place was clean and spacious and served our needs just fine. The furniture was functional, but not top-of-the-line. The down sides were that it was right on Praed Street (and it could get loud at night) and it was over Paddington Station (so we could hear/feel trains rumbling - although they were muted). The location did help us access the Tube and other Rail options quickly, though. Also, the unit doesn't have AC (which I missed in the listing). It did get a bit stuffy in August. We opened the windows, but it was hot.All that said, for our family, it was a nice home base for our week exploring London and its environs.

A very comfortable, clean, two level flat in a super convenient location for our family of four. With Paddington practically across the street, getting around by transit was as good as it gets. Also, the flat is a short walk to Hyde Park or a 30 minute stroll across the park to Kensington and all the world-class museums! It really is perfectly situated, but the area may be a bit 'cosmopolitan' for anyone who hasn't visited London before or isn't comfortable in big cities. There are quieter/less busy neighbourhoods, for sure, but for easy access to to everything London offers this flat is hard to beat!Despite the heatwave during our stay we managed to stay fairly cool by managing the blinds and windows, but a mini-split AC on the second floor in this unit would make a world of difference as London gets warmer in summer than ever before.Communication with the host was excellent and we appreciated that they were able to help accommodate us dropping our bags off early while we waited for access. We'd definitely recommend this flat and will consider booking again in the future.

Clean property - great location for getting around

I stayed here for a few days with my family, and the location is very close to Paddington station making getting around very easy. Property was also very clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Paddington apartment

Our family (two adults, one young adult, one teenager) stayed at this lovely Paddington apartment for three nights. The location is ideal - incredibly close to Paddington Station and a very short walk to multiple grocery store options. The apartment provided plenty of space for everyone. The separate washer/dryer made it easy to do more than one load of laundry at a time. Although London is often chilly, the weather was warm during our stay, so the fans in each room were greatly appreciated.The street below is very busy, but we didn't notice any noise in the apartment.There are a lot of stairs - 39 from the street level to the apartment door; not ideal for anyone who isn't prepared for climbing, or perhaps ideal for anyone who wants a little exercise while traveling Communication with the apartment host was stellar!!We would happily stay at this apartment for our next London visit.

Für uns perfekt

Perfekte Lage um London zu erkunden. Das Apartment befindet sich 5-10 Gehminuten von Paddington Station entfernt - eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich fast vor der Haustür. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Kneipen, Pubs etc. - für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Apartment selbst liegt wie beschrieben im 2.3. Stock, ohne Fahrstuhl, was für uns kein Problem war. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt.Die Betten sind alle bequem, aber große Menschen ( 1,85m) werden sie vermutlich als zu kurz empfinden. 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straßenseite und auch nachts ist es immer laut. Mit Ohropax o.ä. war das aber kein Problem beim Schlafen.Die Küche ist mit Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher und Kaffeepresse gut ausgestattet. In den Bädern hatte Adrienne sogar Duschgel, Shampoo etc. bereit gestellt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Best stay ever

Came to run the London marathon; location was perfect!! Loved being near Paddington - such a convenient hub and lots near us! The place was just as described/pictured; our hostess Adrienne was a wonderful communicator and accommodated our stay so well. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

Excellent flat near Paddington

Our family of 3 adults and 3 teens had the most amazing 4 days in London with this flat as our home base. The location is very convenient to travel around the city. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. The flat is very well appointed and comfortable. Loved it!

The flat was very clean and spacious. Two bathrooms was definitely a bonus. The location is across the street from Paddington station so very convenient for getting around London, There are 36 steps up to the flat and no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage etc up and down. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work during our stay but Adrienne did supply us with a teapot and tea towel at our request. The bunk beds are only suitable for children,

Perfect location to everything

This flat was exactly what we needed it to be. Clean & enough rooms and bathrooms for our family. It is extremely close to the major paddington station so you can get almost anywhere in a couple minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was right across from underground, easy to get everywhere. Comfortable only possible negative was water pressure for the bedroom floor was weak. Otherwise highly recommend.

Central to everything and great London experience

We stayed from 9/20 - 9/24 2024. 5 adults. Friends and family... I recommend this as a great location for getting around London as the tube and train station at Paddington gets you everywhere. Clean, comfortable and airy. The downstairs living room and kitchen area were a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. All the small restrauants, pubs and stores near by, filled our needs. The stairs will keep us young and healthy!! Thank you Adrienne and family for a memorable stay.

Great location.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, just across from Paddington station. The place was clean,and check in was super great. The only issues that we faced were that the dryer didn’t work well, and that we came in the hottest month of the year and there was no AC. On the other hand, most places do no have AC, but we certainly noticed, due to the heat. We did not care about the street noise, but if you are sensitive to this, it might be an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation to London

It was a great location near Paddington station, that can get you to Heathrow in 15mins and any location in London. The apartment was clean and spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids. Although, some limitations were the 2nd floor bedrooms was a little warm in the evenings and the 2nd floor bathroom toilet was broken.

Great location

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in a great location near Paddington station, which made both our travel to/from Heathrow convenient as well as our travels around the city. There are plenty of restaurants close by also. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Adrienne is a very responsive host. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we visit London
