Wir hatten insgesamt einen ordentlichen Aufenthalt, allerdings mit einigen deutlichen Schwächen. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation etwas unübersichtlich. Von Belvilla haben wir sehr viele Dokumente erhalten, jedoch waren die wirklich wichtigen Informationen – wie der genaue Name oder die Nummer der Wohnung – nicht auf Anhieb ersichtlich. Auch Hinweise zum Parkplatz haben komplett gefehlt und waren erst später in der Wohnung selbst zu finden. Zudem gab es leider nur einen Haustürschlüssel, was im Alltag etwas unpraktisch war. Die Wohnung machte insgesamt einen eher wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Dieser entstand vor allem durch die nicht ganz saubere Küche sowie stark verschmutzte Fenster. Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren hingegen in Ordnung und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt ausreichend, allerdings gibt es einige Mängel wie sichtbare Kabel mit Lüsterklemmen an der Decke sowie Löcher und Risse. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätten wir einen besseren Zustand erwartet – hier gibt es sicherlich attraktivere Alternativen. Ein klarer Pluspunkt ist jedoch die Lage bzw. die Aussicht: Sowohl vom Esstisch als auch vom Balkon hat man einen wirklich schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Leuchtturm. Das ist definitiv das Highlight der Wohnung. Fazit: Ausreichend, aber mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial – insbesondere in Bezug auf Sauberkeit, Zustand und Informationsbereitstellung. Die Aussicht kann einiges wettmachen, dennoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz.

Tolle Wohnung mit tollem Blick. Typisch niederländisch. Hätte hier oder da vielleicht etwas staubfeier sein können, für den ein oder anderen Geschmack etwas hellhörig. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Unkompliziert bei ein und Auszug. Egmond aan Zee ist ein tolles Städtchen und eine Reise wert. Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top.

Nach einer langen Fahrt brauchte ich etwas Ruhe und genau die habe ich hier gefunden. Die Unterkunft war sauber mit guter Heizung, außerdem half Netflix beim Entspannen vor dem Schlafengehen. Der Blick vom Balkon hat den Morgen noch angenehmer gemacht.
