Our spectacular apartments are all tastefully furnished and equipped to make your holiday as memorable and comfortable as possible , the main feature of the apartments are the impressively large south facing all day sun terrace (35 sqm) with cliff and sea views . Our small apartment complex is ideally located and has been recently refurbished with a lift and a private heated pool during the cooler months. Prime position at the end of a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac, although only a realistic few minutes stroll to the local beach and village centre. If you enjoy a relaxing holiday , magnificent sunsets , candlelit evenings with a glass of wine, this is the apartment for you!!

The amazing views from the terraces of the famous cliffs , fishing harbour, and across the Atlantic to the islands of La Gomera and La Palma make these apartment outstanding.

Excellent stay in a great apartment with amazing views!

We had a wonderful relaxing break here, the apartment is perfect and has everything you need. The location is great and it is just a short walk to restaurants etc. The views are spectacular and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and the stars was just perfect.

Firstly the apartment advertised was not the one we had been allocated by the pictures on your web site we disappointed by the fact there was no-one to greet us and show us how things worked we had no cooker or tv for 2 days the tv was unstable throughout the holiday we felt the apartment was very dated and unclean eapecially under the bed inside under sink kitchen cupboard and lampshades in bedroo. The lounge light in the ceiling never worked all these items should be checked before being presented to customers we felt for the money we paid it was disappointing over all we enjoyed our holiday the view was the winner we contacted lesley about our issues she promised to meet us but never arrived during our 3 week stay some personal contact would have been able to solve all these

Thank you for taking the time to review our apartment . I am surprised you consider us worthy of such a low score!! I take great pride in our properties and consider our standards to be high as vouched by other recent reviews . Unfortunately I am unable to greet all my guests on arrival but I am always available on the phone 24-7 . Apologies for not being able to meet you to discuss a return visit , this puzzles me even more regarding your negative review . As explained in your arrival information , there is a QR code with instructions , recommendations etc .. I have just checked our messages which were always friendly and plentiful during your stay and you first notified me of problems with the TV and Cooker on Sunday evening 24 hours after your arrival , no other issues were informed . My maintenance staff visited you at the apartment first thing on Monday morning to explain the use of both appliances.

This was a last minute break when Tenerife went back on the safe list, apartment has fantastic views over the sea and marina, sun from 11.00 until sunset in November, Lesley very helpful, highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Großer TV Flatsreen mit allen deutschen Programmen und sogar Sky Bundesliega. Die Kommunikation mit Lesley war problemlos. Der Pool ist sehr schön, immer gut temperiert und sauber. Netter Ort, schnell zu erreichen mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. As last time, our stay in this apartment was great, comfy beds, big veranda over looking Marina Los Gigantes & enough equipment to cover everything. Lesley as always is quick to reply to texts for problems ( we could not get cooker hob to work, but 1 text & an almost as quick responce from the ever ready Francisco soon cleared that problem) The location of the apartment means you need to be reasonably fit & I think its getting a bit much for us (mid 70's) but the town is nice plenty shops bars & resturants to people watch from ( try the Green Corner) or a little extra effort & you can be doing it at the Marina, if its to much of a walk home the Taxi rank is just opposite the big Hotel, of couse you can always use the pool for a quiet days sunbathing &/or Both. This was our 4th visit to Los Gigantes I'm not sure if there will be a 5th--I hope so. Well done to Lesley for new shower unit "great" & the other new stuff. We thourouly enjoyed our holiday.

We were extremely happy with the apartment, it was perfect in every way, clean, tidy, everything was there that was needed, the views were outstanding and look so much better than in the pictures (didn’t think it would be possible) we will definitely be back, can’t thank Lesley enough for accommodating us it was perfect, we had a late flight home and Lesley let us stay in the apartment till our transfer picked us up, again thank you, you won’t be disappointed with this apartment so book book book folks, there is plenty to do and buses are every 10 mins, the wine bar, ck’s And highland paddy’s was favourites of ours so check them out and love every minute of your stay, Be back soon. Great view, location near center, very nice balcony, kitchen quite complete, nice pool downstairs.

We enjoyed staying here, because it is not in a massive building, one sort of feels home. Clean enough: the calcium spots on the water valves are caused by the hard water, and are not affecting health. Sofa-bed needs improvement. Within 5 minutes walking you can be in the town center, and in 10 minutes you are at the harbour or beach.

Der Ausblick ist toll!! Aber die Menschen, die Wert auf Sauberkeit legen, werden dort sich nicht wohl fühlen, obwohl die Wohnung an sich ok ist. Badezimmer und Küche waren nicht sauber! Sonst ein traumhafter Ausblick, große Terasse. Ich würde diese Wohnung meinen Freunden nicht weiter empfehlen.

Thanks for your review!! I am so sorry you found the apartment to be unclean!! I strive to keep my standards high and this apartment has recently been refurbished including the bathroom . Above all I find it very unfair of you not to have advised me during your stay as I would have been more than happy for the apartment to be re-cleaned . As far as I´m concerned there is no excuse for uncleanliness although I do seem to remember you had a very early morning arrival and I allowed you early access to the apartment before the cleaners had finished .

Haben uns hier 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Tag fing mit dem Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terasse, von der man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und den gigantischen Felsen hat an und endete meistens mit einem atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang. Vielen Dank!

Great apartment in a great place

This was our 3rd holiday in Los Gigantes, our first was 26yrs ago--we loved it so much we returned the following year for our sliver wedding anniv. Now (25yrs later) for our golden anniv. we found it the same but bigger, we immediatly discovered favorite shops & resturants still where we left them plus a lot more. The only down side was the terrain, hills are much steeper at our age but a friendly car hire firm solved that problem. Our dealings with Santiago del Teide, Lesley & Francisco were reliable & friendly (I must thank Lesley for her recomendation of El Mar services for transfer, they were reasonable & reliable. it gives you a lift to find everything in place when you arrive, they turned up dead on time for return transfer after 2 weeks holiday, I firmly recomend them to anyone needing transfer (airport - resort & return). Excellent experience all round. Its not my policy to 5* anything as there is always room to improve so 4*s from me is really good. A great holiday all round, a thoroughly enjoyed experiance
