Villa No 36 tiene una de las mejores ubicaciones en el popular resort Las Rosas con sus fabulosas vistas al mar y a la montaña desde la sala de estar, el patio y el dormitorio principal. Esta villa bien equipada se distribuye en 2 plantas y consta de:
• Cocina bien equipada con lavadora, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas y frigorífico..

The rooms were very comfortable and had a great AC system. Hotel restaurant served delicious food. View from the balcony was incredible. Overall a very pleasant place to stay!

We had a wonderful week in Villa 36. Nothing was lacking. We enjoyed perfect weather and a magnificent view of the Atlantic and Los Gigantes, and made the most of the week with all kinds of activities. The apartment is very clean, lovingly furnished, and has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

This comfortable and well equipped villa has been tastefully updated since our visit some years ago. The well run resort has also been refurbished providing us with a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The social area and the villa itself offer beautiful views of the sea and cliffs which brings us back to the area every year.

A truly excellent apartment in a lovely resort.

This was our 4th visit to Los Gigantes and this is the stand out apartment well located and set upon a really well managed and maintained complex. Communication with the owners from first to last was excellent and it is clear that they take great pride in their property and in being excellent hosts. The apartment is really well presented and equipped with everything you need and it is very comfortable and very quiet. The rear terrace captures the afternoon and evening sun and the views are stunning. We will, if at all possible, return in the foreseeable future. Thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous Time

We all loved our stay at Villa 36 at Las Rosas. The complex was a good size - not too big but had all the facilities we needed. The restaurant was great, very friendly staff and good quality food. The pool was a good size and we had no problem finding a sun bed, despite some entitled people still practising the towel reservation system. As for the villa itself, it was lovely, with absolutely stunning views out to the ocean, and perfect sunsets. Not a problem for us but some (perhaps less abled) might find the location a bit too hilly. Robin was extremely helpful with regular communications both before and after our stay, and went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic views, lovely accommodation

Lovely relaxing and quiet week in early April. Fantastic views to the sea and Los Gigantes cliffs. Charming accommodation all clean and with recently upgraded bathrooms. Practicalities also thought of: shopping trolley and bags for use at nearby small supermarkets. The swimming pool of the resort is heated and has a life guard on duty. Meals available in cafe / restaurant, other places to eat a short walk away. If you haven’t been to Los Gigantes before, you should be aware that it is located on a cliffside so you should expect steps and slopes, including in the resort. These were all well maintained. There was heavy rain and wind one evening during our stay which resulted in water entering around the edge of a window frame and making one of the beds wet. The hosts were helpful over the phone in helping us select fresh bedding from the spares provided. If bad weather is predicted I recommend making sure that the bed isn’t pushed right up against the window. This didn’t spoil our holiday - we had a lovely time.

Lockdown!

Although the accommodation is 5 stars- sadly the whole experience was not great! We had only 4 complete days of our 2 week holiday before the lockdown. Although totally unavoidable we were of course worried about getting home! Managed it on day9. Hopefully will return for the full experience one day!

Wonderful apartment

We were a group of four and we stayed for 10 days at Robin and Catherine's Las Rosas apartment. We enjoyed it very much, the view is breathtaking. We enjoy cooking a lot, so we used the kitchen almost everyday and it was very well equipped. There are also a lot of books and games, so you will definitely not be bored.

Wow Fantastic Place

This is a little gem of a place. We absolutely loved it the apartment is clean and fresh and with everything you need and a view to die for. The onsite bar and restaurant was great value and the food was lovely. The afternoon entertainment between 4 and 6pm Monday to Friday was brilliant my kids loved the game Oi. I really can't say anything bad about this place the staff were friendly it really is the perfect setting to watch the sunset go down. We found a great restaurant called 'Tipsey' which is down the hill set beside a mini golf course this was great value and we enjoyed the walk back up the hill. Thank you Robin for letting us use your beautiful place and I am sure we will be back xx

Lovely holiday!

Just got back from a lovely week at Las Rosas. The villa has the most amazing views of the ocean and cliffs and the complex was perfect for our family holiday. The pool was clean with plenty of sun beds and friendly staff. Short but steep walk into town with plenty of nice restaurants, bars and shops! Would love to return!

Super séjour dans une villa avec une vue à couper le souffle !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La vue de la terrasse et de la chambre parentale sur les falaises de Los Gigantes était magnifique. La villa était idéale pour une famille avec ses 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes. La cuisine fonctionnelle et le Lidl à 2 minutes à pied permettent de préparer ses repas. Sinon le restaurant de la résidence qui donne sur la piscine et les Gigantes est très bien aussi. La piscine chauffée de la résidence Las Rosas était superbe pour nos enfants et le personnel était à l'écoute et disponible. La réception permet d'acheter les billets des différentes sorties pour éviter les files d'attente (téléphérique du Teide, Aqualand, Siam Park, Loro Parque, etc). Nous espérons vraiment y retourner un jour !

Nice villa, great views.

Lovely clean villa, neat and tidy with comfortable seating and a very comfortable double bed. The front patio is great for breakfast and catches the heat from early on whilst the rear balcony has wonderful views and gets the sun from around midday to sunset, and the sunsets can be spectacular. If you prefer to lounge by the pool it is approximately 30 seconds walk away up a few steps. The villa is in a small quiet complex with it's own bar/restaurant and swimming pool. The excellent friendly reception and bar staff add to the enjoyment of your stay.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 11 nights at no36. Really comfortable. Amazing views. The whole complex is so warming. It was great to be in a nice quiet resort with plenty to do, especially chilling by the pool.
