And of course direct access to the beach in an uncrowded area of Marina d\'Or. Although the beach is pebble beach, once in the water, there is only sand, so although at first glance it may not look like it, it is a good beach.

The building has a communal seasonal swimming pool, landscaped communal areas, access to floors by lift or stairs, children\'s playground with swings and rubber flooring, ping pong table and parking for bicycles.

During the summer there are also vending machines near the swimming pool with cold drinks and snacks.
