Welcome to your oasis in Runaway Bay! This beautiful and tranquil villa is situated in a cul-de-sac located an hour-away from Sangster International Airport. The villa features a large, open plan concept with 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 14. This is a perfect place to relax, explore the North Coast, and make lasting memories with your group! We can arrange airport pick up for free if booking exceed 7 nights as well a free pass to porto sico beach for uo to 10 guests As well as this chef service is available to cook for max 12 persons per 2 x meals 50 us dollars.


Ground Floor

Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite with a bathtub, and smart tv.
Bedroom 2: double bed, en-suite with a stand-up shower, and smart tv.

Spacious living and dining area, perfect for lounging and spending quality time. There is a large smart tv for your entertainment.

Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, gas-range with oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, all cooking and dining utensils). There is also a Jerk pan and grill in the garden.

A lovely sun-filled patio deck, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, featuring a glistening kidney-shaped pool. Please use the outdoor shower prior to using the pool. Children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult-swimmer. The use of the pool is at your own risk.


First Floor

Our villa manager, Mark, is available 24 hours a day for any emergencies and to make your stay comfortable.

24-hour cameras surround the external areas of the property for added security.

All linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The property also features UK and US outlets for electronics.

Complementary maid service is provided for bookings of 7 days or longer (twice a week). For bookings shorter than 7 days, maid service is provided at your request, with an additional charge.

- Check-in time is 12 noon and Check-out is 11 am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house.
- On-site parking is available.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
