Newly renovated vacation house, located 50 meters from the beach of Morcone, where there are bars, restaurants, rental of sunbeds and pedal boats. A few kilometers away are other beaches: Pareti, Madonna delle Grazie, Innamorata. The center of Capoliveri, which offers all kinds of services, is approx. 2.5 km away, and the Supermarket is approx. 3 km away. During the summer period, the beaches and the town are connected by a free shuttle bus.
The entrance is reached from the private parking space on the first floor via an outside staircase. The gate-enclosed terrace is furnished with the necessities for eating outside while enjoying the sea view. Inside, the apartment consists of a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, a double bedroom and windowed bathroom with shower box; the second double bedroom is on the upper floor and is an attic room with a maximum height of 170cm.
The house is finely furnished with custom-made furniture and has all kinds of amenities, such as: washing machine, dishwasher, TV equipped with Netflix, wifi, coffee maker, outdoor sink, air conditioning.
