This lovely attic can count on two spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people if necessary, and is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine.

Located in the central Piazza Brescia, in the heart of Lido di Jesolo, it will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday a stone's throw from the sea and the pedestrian street.
It is situated on the second floor (without lift) , just 80 metres from the beach.
The apartment consists of:
- living area with kitchenette;
- bedroom with double bed;
- bedroom with three single beds
- bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The two bedrooms are communicating.
The attic is equipped with air conditioning (a split per bed-room), TV and washing machine.

The price includes gas, water and electricity

Parking spot not included.
Private paid parking at about 100 meter from the apartment.

Beach service not included.
It can be booked separately, with an extra cost, and it is subject to availability.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on request.

Tourist tax not included.
Pets are allowed on request.

According to our booking terms and conditions, groups of young people are not allowed to rent the apartments. If the above happens we will be forced to cancel the reservation without any refund.
