Die Unterkunft ist super. Man ist innerhalb von 10-15 minuten bei den Sehenswürdigkeit und ist trotz alledem in einem ruhigen Stadtteil.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet es gibt 1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten und eine ausziehbare Couch auf der auch 2 Personen schlafen können.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sogar öl, rssig, salz, zucker, tee, kaffee,.. sind vorhanden. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine in der Küche Waschmittel und Wäscheständer.Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese wohnung mieten.

Massimo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der alles perfekt organisiert hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend um Venedig zu erkunden. Man bekommt auch gute Tips zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir hatten drei tolle Tage in Vendig (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) und können Wohnung und Vermieter nur empfehlen.

Great location, lovely host.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Close enough to all the wonderful sights of Venice, yet quiet on an evening. Massimo is great, so very helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Exceptional!

This is an exceptional property with a wonderful host. It's much larger than it appears in the photos, clean, and well-equipped. We found the universal power adapter particularly helpful and we've never seen that before in any rental accommodation. Terrific friendly and helpful host to greet us too. Excellent communication and very patient with my phone issues. Highly recommended, in a great location in Venice.

Amazing stay

It’s clear why Massimo is a highly rated host; he was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. He had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The apartment is in a great location that’s very near a wonderful square and only a short walk from Rialto. We would gladly stay here again.

Venice at its Best

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. Massimo provided detailed info on how to find apartment and greeted us when we arrived. He gave us info on places to visit, eat and relax. Location was the best and we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful apartment and wonderful host!!

M.Massimo nous a accueilli lui-même. Il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'appartement ainsi qu'une carte de la ville avec points de repères ainsi que plusieurs suggestions de visites à faire. Endroit climatisé, spacieux et bien équipé. Épicerie à proximité et resto du quartier (où bien mangé et coût peu élevé. Surprenant) 12 minutes de la Basilique St-Marc, etc. À 15 minutes de Murano via Vaporetto.

Perfect Location and Perfect Host

This spacious and well-equipped apartment is in a great location with main transportation and excellent restaurants and gelato nearby. Massimo, the host, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, communicates well, makes reservations for you, and helped us arrange a taxi to bring us close to the apartment so my mother didn’t have to walk far. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay in Venice!

Massimo was extremely helpful during my stay and whenever I had questions regarding the city or the apartment, he replied promptly. Everything was wonderful, he was very thorough in giving us recommendations of restaurants and attractions to visit! He was kind and attentive and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Only thing we disliked is not staying in Venice for a little while longer. It was a 10 min walk to Rialto and around 15min to St. Mark’s Basilica, with many restaurants around so it was very convenient. We could not have asked for a better host!

Communication impeccable avec Massimo qui nous a contacté quelques jours avant pour nous donner toutes les infos pour notre arrivée. Super accueil, il nous donne ses recommendations d adresses et est toujours disponible pendant le sejour. L appartement est très propre, très bien équipé (même des bottes et parapluies, une attention très appréciée) idealement situé, au calme et seulement à 10 minutes du Rialto et de la place St Marc, 5 minutes d'un supermarché. Une superbe boulangerie, un delicieux glacier au pied de l appartement tout comme la basilique San Giovanni e Paolo, très impressionnante. Un grand merci à Massimo pour ses prestations et son accueil qui nous ont permi de passer un magnifique sejour.

Good location and confortable flat

We were really well welcome by Massimo, the landlord. He gave us many tips about Venice and a map with the monuments to visit. The apartment is very well located in a quiet area 7 minutes from Saint Mark's Square.

Fantastic location amazing apartment excellent host

We were surprised with the modernness of the apartment and how well stocked it was. Massimo met us late one evening because our train was late and he gave us a warm welcome and a lot of information. He was very responsive and his restaurant recommendations were fantastic! The location was excellent. The heat worked very well. We would stay again and highly recommend this apartment.
