This brand new squeaky clean apartment has a modern and chic style alongside a spacious bedroom with a double bed which possess an impeccable handpicked mattress. The accommodation also includes a sizable and spotless bathroom and kitchen equipped with all the necessities you could want. We provide free super fast wi-fi as well as air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
You can also enjoy your very own private fully furnished terrace, easily accessible from inside your apartment.

The space
The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside table, safe box and closet.
The bathroom is very spacious and clean which is specifically designed for reduced mobility persons.
The living area has a comfortable sofa, desk and a chair, dining table and TV. It has enough space for a wheelchair to get around the room easily.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, all brand new. Along with a full set of silverware, wine glasses, dishes, pots and pans. Everything that one might need for cooking and eating at home.
The apartment also has a terrace with stylish outdoor furniture.
House Rules
1. In order to access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in form in Guest Portal.
2. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time.
3. The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions.
4. Less than 7 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.
5. The duvet covers are to be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
6. Towels are change every two days.
7. Between 10pm and 9am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.
8. Parties are forbidden.
9. Pets are forbidden.
10. Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.
11. Charging electric cars using the property`s electricity is not allowed.
12. If you require an invoice please let us know before your stay has been completed with the details to be able to modify the invoice.
13. Please put the trash in the trash containers on the street.
14. On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.
