Thank you very much Joseph. Was a great pleasure to have you as our guests. Hope to host you again in the future!
Lovely property, just steps away from many historic attractions, restaurants, bars and parks. Would definitely recommend if coming to beautiful Valencia.
It seems unlikely that there could have been a better location for our stay in Valencia.

We expected to have an air conditioned apartment with elevator. We had one small air conditioner in the bed bedroom upstairs and a fan on the first floor. We were first told the elevator was only for luggage. When we arrived the elevator was not working and we had to walk 66 stairs with our luggage to check in. We survived one night and had to move to a hotel. We reached out to the host for a refund as well as the VRBO team. It has been six days without a resolution.
Host communication was timely and helpful and the location of this home was ideally situated for exploring Valencia. Unfortunately, I was ill for a bit of our stay, but the beautiful view from the patio and balcony and the kitchen made recovery that much easier. We hope to get back to Valencia for a do-over someday soon and I would love to stay here again. The only challenge is the many steep stairs to climb to the top floor location, but they were definitely worth the effort.
We loved everything about this place. Location was very central to restaurants and activities in Valencia. The terrace overlooking Torres de Serrano was spectacular - we loved happy hour on the terrace! Overall the apartment was perfectly suited to our needs and we felt like locals in this beautiful city.
The penthouse is truly lovely. It was very clean and comfortable. Orinda was a wonderful host, very responsive and flexible with communications as I was having problems with my phone. We highly recommend.
Spacious and charming living and sleeping rooms (very clean), well equipped kitchen, elevator for luggage, great terrace with direct view to the Serrano towers, close to many other attractions and public transportation, very good contact to hosts; please note: you need to be able to handle stairs (not a problem for us) - clear recommendation!!
Loved this property; very spacious with a roof top terrace. The location was perfect for walking the old city! The hosts are also fantastic and very helpful as needed! Highly recommend this property.
Really classy apartment in a stunning area of the Valencia old town. I really enjoyed my stay here and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The rooftop terrace was a real added bonus too and I’d love to come back here someday. Thank you!
From arrival to departure everything was great. The stairs will get you breathing heavy for the first few days Owner was super easy to communicate with, only needed input a few times, location is perfect and surprisingly quiet even on the weekends, highly reccomend and will stay again
What a dream it was to stay here. The location was perfect for walking straight out of the door into the heart of the neighborhood! Shops, restaurants, the market, and much more were just steps away. The owner sent an email with recommendations of where to eat, and they were spot on! What a lovely place, in a lovely city. Highly recommend!
Our stay at this apartment has both positive and negative.PositiveFantastic location - right next to Torras de Serrano towers, overlooking the square which is bustling by day with cafes and shops but quiet by night. spacious deplux apartment on top floors. 66 steps up which didn't bother us. large lounge with many doors to open giving a lovely breeze spacious roof top terraceNot so positive only 'comfy' seating in lounge is a sofabed, which as others have mentioned, is definitely not comfy lift to take luggage was 'closed for maintenance ' . We didn't see anyone working on it for the 5 days we were here the bench and one of the sun loungers on the terrace were broken flush in toilet on the same floor as lounge did not work in our opinion, the bed was very uncomfortable expensive compared with other apartments and hotels in Valencia Could be improved by:- Fixing / replacing broken, and uncomfy furniture- Providing some small welcome pack of milk etc- providing owners recommendations of places to visit / eat / wifi information - providing soap in both bathrooms not just one- owner being more responsiveWe enjoyed staying here, mostly because of the location. Not sure if we would rebook unless things mentioned were changed.
Great location, fine amenities, spacious, comfortable. Easy access to most of the old town. We were there in mid-June with temps in the low 30'sC. With the windows open downstairs it was delightful. While the upstairs has AC we were preferred using a fan. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Its 68 or so steps up to the unit and another 15 or so to the upstairs. Fortunately there is a lift for getting luggage up to the unit. We liked it a lot despite the fact we are in our late 70's and not as spry as we used to be.

Positives: great location, good communication with host-was responsive, good views, kitchen was great-well equipped, balconies are small but good to have, nice terrace, apartment is big, good air conditioning. Not so positive: understanding it’s an old building, the apartment was very outdated, furniture old and not clean, sofas, pillows, and rugs are dirty and stained, the extra comforter and blanket are dirty/stained, it is 66 steps to third floor, elevator is only for luggage. There is black “something” on furniture and wood doors to balconies. Not sure if dirt or mold. One person in group was sick on day 2 coughing and wheezing, but when that person was outside, that person was fine. Something in the apartment made that person sick. Had to use asthma inhalers frequently to get through last day/night. Still feeling effects of exposure to whatever was in the apartment. Had to sleep with mask on to not breathe in whatever was in air. The pictures show the not so positives.
Great location near the Turia Park and within all the charm and sites of the old city. Quiet. Comfortable. Kitchen & washer. Bright natural light. Excellent communication with property mgr. Terrace. High ceilings. Charming old design. The bedroom is upstairs, along with 1 of the 2 baths, and the terrace. Nice! The elevator is for luggage, groceries, etc; it doesn’t carry people. The stairs to this 3 story apartment (4th story as counted in the US) are lovely but require effort. One must be able to climb a lot of stairs to stay here. We considered it a great daily workout!
We had an enjoyable stay in this lovely apartment.
The roof terrace is wonderful, overlooking the Serrano Towers. The property is well presented, clean, and in a good location from which to explore Valencia, there are many attractions within a short walk. Although, operating a self check-in, the hosts Orinda and Joseph provided a lot of helpful information regarding places to visit and eat etc.
There were a few negative points: The apartment is charming, but we didn't really use the downstairs area due to the absence of air conditioning (a fan is provided). Its third floor location means that there are a lot of stairs, 66 in all. There is a lift available for luggage. Plus there were some small maintenance issues; the handle to the roof terrace door was loose, making it difficult to open and close. However, these were minor issues and didn't spoil our enjoyment of this lovely apartment, in a lovely city.
The comfortable stay in a unique apartment increased our enjoyment of our visit to Valencia. It is very conveniently located right at the Serrano Tower and overlooks a bustling plaza typical of Valencia. It is artfully furnished and boasts a roof top terrace to relax after a hard day's sightseeing or lounging with first morning coffee. It has all the living amenities one needs.
The apartment is located for easy access to the tourists needs - the never ending Turia Park, the central market holding 1000 stalls, a Carrefour Express for immediate food needs, the #95 bus that takes you to the architectural marvels of the Arts and Science for a mere 3 Euros for 2 adults, the grand plazas of the city and a taxi to hail in mere minutes.
The hostess attended immediately to a few minor issues we had at the beginning. There are 66 steps up to the apartment from the street which shouldn't be a problem for most people, especially when you know what's waiting for you at the top. There is a freight elevator that will take your heavy items like luggage and shopping right up to inside the apartment. It's obvious the owner has pride in offering her home to her city's visitors.

My experience with this property and its owners has been nothing but amazing. My husband and I were planning to visit Valencia for the Fallas Festival. We wanted to be close to the action but also wanted a calming space to retreat to when the party was too much. We found it with this apartment. The space itself was exactly as advertised and eat-off-the-floor clean. We had room to spread out and relax, make a few meals in the full kitchen, do a bit of laundry and enjoy the wonderful terrace. An unexpected and delightful surprise was a ninot right outside of the building, which gave us a really unique view point for it's burning. The weather was more rainy than typical so we didn't use the terrace as much as we had hoped but I can imagine it's heavenly when the weather is nice. While just my husband and I stayed at the property, we had so much room to spread out, with a comfortable larger bed.We walked everywhere, including to and from the train stations with our luggage, and found the apartment to be the perfect location for exploring both the old and newer parts of town. The only possible additions to the apartment would be additional bed pillows, as we typically sleep with four, and a few additional towels. I've found this is common in Europe and bring my own quick-drying towel for when I wash my hair and want two towels, though. Again, these are such small details that in no way cast a shadow on our stay. Can't wait to come visit in the warmer weather!
